Adrian was outstanding! As someone with prior boxing experience, I really appreciated how well-structured and intense the class was. He kept the energy high from start to finish and pushed everyone to stay sharp and focused. His combos were challenging but fun, and he made sure to correct form and technique in a way that felt motivating, not overwhelming. You can tell he’s passionate and knows his stuff—definitely one of the best instructors I’ve trained with. Great atmosphere, great coaching, and a solid workout. I’ll definitely be back for more sessions with Adrian!

This was my second time attending a boxing class and this was even better than my first experience! instructor, Brandon R, had a Phenomenal high and positive energy the entire class. He motivated me to keep pushing through even when I thought I couldn't keep going! I loved the structure of the class as well with short segments of semi-relaxed calm-down time but still slightly active enough to give it my all every "round." My Body was aching the next day but well worth it:)

Moses was coaching today and did an awesome job! As usual, he and the other coaches brought the energy! The kids were locked in, working hard, and having fun! My son, Matthew, was dripping sweat all the while smiling and having a great time. We’ve been going here for over a year now with no plans to stop anytime soon. My son loves coming!

Leissa is an incredible boxing coach. She brings high energy, motivation, and a positive vibe that keeps the entire class engaged and pushing hard. Her workouts are perfectly structured, challenging from start to finish without burning you out too early. By the end, you’re completely done, dripping with sweat and needing a minute to recover. Her combos are always fresh and never repetitive. What really stands out is that she takes the time to learn her students. She brings a personal approach to coaching and knows how to motivate each individual in the room. Most importantly, the class feels like real boxing, not just another group fitness session with gloves. If you have the opportunity to take her class, jump on it because they are always full for a reason. Leissa’s expertise and presence set her apart. Highly recommend.
