Oh what can I say about Tiger Rock-Alabaster that has not already been said by the previous reviewers. Taekwondo was foreign to me when we first signed up our youngest for his first Cubs class almost a year ago, but boy has that changed. Instructors like Master Spates, Mrs. Knezek, and Mister Simms have been amazing with building his confidence up and helping with discipline. He loves sharing his accomplishments with his leaders. I am so glad we found TKD and you will be as well.

Amazing people! Amazing program! These instructors are patient and help each individual grow in their program at their own pace. Everyone starts a white belt so everyone goes through the same learning curves and struggles in their own way. The individualized attention they give is phenomenal. Great kiddo program! Adults can start at any age.. this school is highly recommended!
