I recently attended an outstanding real estate class that surpassed all my expectations. If you want a strong start in real estate...start with THRIVE.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I attended Thrive's in person real estate pre-license sales person class after struggling w/the online course. I'm reasonably smart & have done ok with other online learning, but I had a very hard time learning the Math & retaining the info well enough to get a passing score on the practice tests. As a solo provider for a young family...I needed to pass the 1st time & start building my real estate career ASAP. I was STRESSED & feeling the pressure...UNTIL THRIVE. It was such a LIFESAVER! Self-paced, online learning is awesome IF you can legitimately focus, not have distractions and learn & retain the info, but I struggled with the MATH (and the lengthy agency relationship & contract concepts too). Even after finishing the online course, I was scoring 50-60% on practice tests...even after studying. I saw the THRIVE in person course at KW & thought it might give me the deeper-level understanding I was missing + a little bit of person-to-person Q&A & practice testing. I was worried about having to take the test multiple times & I did NOT have time to mess around with that while working a full time regular job, trying to find the time to study late night + early morning + be a decent parent to 2 kids. THRIVE was the solution I needed. In one week, I got the concepts so much faster AND remembered them easily. NINA is a MASTER at breaking down hard things & making them so simple & easy to digest, not to mention patient & so encouraging. I felt HUGE relief and peace of mind after the very 1st day. The last day was a ton of practice testing with the group, which locked in all in. I left the class feeling such relief, confidence & peace of mind. I took the real estate exam 2 weeks later. PASSED IT, FIRST TRY. No problem. That would NOT have happened w/o THRIVE & Nina's 1 on 1 teaching/ Q&A, etc. The price of the class is so reasonable (in hindsight - it could easily cost more $$ for the value you get), especially when you consider how much you have to pay to take retake the test every single + the time it takes to do it again, study time away from work & family, etc. You can't afford NOT to use THRIVE if you're serious about you're RE career, including passing the test the first time & getting your business started strong, from a solid foundation, ASAP. I'll go back to them for post license & anything else they offer. They're my official go-to for real estate education now. Can't recommend Thrive highly enough.
