Homeschooling shaped my life growing up in a multitude of ways, ways in which could not have been possible without the help of Thrive Academy. Homeschooling provided many unique learning experiences you wouldn’t find in the classroom, flexible hours, one on one learning, and personalized instruction. Flexible hours come in very handy when you are pursuing a sport outside of your academics, allowing you to train and practice while also staying on top of your studies and not having to worry about missing class. Mrs. Evelyn has been such a light in my academic Journey, she loves what she does and that alone is shown in ALL that she does. She creates a very positive and supportive work environment that encourages students to be the best they can be. Thrive Academy helped me greatly on my path to college and I could not be more thankful.

This program has truly been a godsend. My child has succeeded far beyond what I could imagine. In just a month, his grades have greatly improved. His performance is at an all time high. He’s able to recall more information based on this program. The 1-on-1 instruction has been so beneficial for his education, given his history with ADD. We’re able to have a better school-life balance. He’s able to complete work at any time of day. We’re able to have more time together and share life experiences. I’m able to keep up with what he’s learning on the independent platform so that we can enrich his education and continue to learn.As a new-ish parent (and new to homeschooling), the program has been so great. Evelyn answers every question and gives guidance for every step of the way. I would recommend this to ANYONE who is looking for an alternative to traditional, public brick-and-mortar schools. I started on Thrive Academy in my junior year after going through years at public school, all of those years being filled with major depressive episodes, severe panic attacks, and many more. as a queer and Jewish kid in the south, I went through years of being teased for it, and I was even called both homophobic and antiemetic slurs. however, once I started at Thrive, I felt better about myself. I felt safer, I felt more comfortable, and I could go at my own pace. I knew Evelyn already due to her being a family friend, so I already felt so comfortable and trusting in Thrive. my sister and I do it together, and it's a good way for us both to spend more time together whilst learning.

I definitely recommend Thrive to anyone wanting to do homeschooling. <3

Our experience at Thrive was incredible! The entire experience was very boutique like, which is exactly what we were looking for. They created a custom experience for our family so that we could travel internationally, weaving our child’s travels into his curriculum. The teachers were amazing. 1:1 student:teacher ratio can’t be beat when it comes to learning. Thrive went above and beyond our wildest dreams.
