Staff was great, besides the old man teaching the class and not giving clear instructions. Then getting in my face about it after completing the tests. Lack of communication on his part and to put blame on a participant 1/7/24. Wish I knew his name because he was in my face.

You would think someone offering safety training would be in compliance with mask wearing and making sure that everyone remains safe. It seems like you are required to wear a mask to enter but as soon as you're in a room, no one wears one, not even the instructors; they should be the ones setting the example. There were people coughing, talking, etc with no masks on. Some of us have underlying conditions and we need to be extra careful. It's a shame that they have taken this stance, probably as to not offend the bird brain covid deniers and anti maskers.

They made masks optional once the training started so of course most people opted to not wear a mask. More than one person were coughing every few minutes but they weren’t asked to leave. There were about 30 people in an enclosed space with most people not wearing a mask for several hours. The irony of taking a safety class with out masks during a pandemic was not lost on me. I just don’t understand why you would make masks optional in an enclosed space where people are stuck together for several hours.

I fell asleep so hard in the lab my face crashed through the computer screen. Talk about embarrassing. I am ready to go to work now that I am rested. Thanks for the Z’s. See you next year.

The inspector was pretty personable and tried to make the content as relatable and understandable as possible. I enjoyed this more than I thought 100% due to the gentleman taking us through the course.

Great place for courses and computer training for the field, and for those whining about masks...if you actually care you should wear yours and you'll be fine. No need to 1 star a place of business when there isn't even a mandate anymore
