Me and my son go there 3 to 5 days a week it's not the best gym I've been to but it's not bad either it gets the job done and the people are decent no one really bothers you .

There open 24 hours so you can always be getting fit at anytime! They have everything there and smth for every body part. They have a water fountain in case you forgot a water too. Though it does cost alot of money.
