This is the best UPS ever!! Julie was so helpful going above and beyond normal services provided by a UPS store in helping us complete a time sensitive and very important document. We just can't thank her enough for all she did, and as a result, we will be life-long customers of her store! We also found the other service providers excellent as well!

I had a package that was for usps. I have brought these kind of packages to every other ups location and they send it off because they said ups can send usps return packages. The older man working at this location refused to do it. He seemed like he had not been trained to do that.

Warning to all. I used these people to ship a package the size of an envelope overnight to Crested Butte Colorado and paid $102 to get it there. The package was sent to Kentucky by UPS and didn't arrive for 2 days as a result. I called UPS and they confirmed I am due at least a partial refund but i must go through the Monument UPS store. The Monument UPS store blamed it on a weather delay and refused a refund of any kind when UPS says i am due a redund. I am stuck in the middle and lost $102 beause of the dishonest business practices of this place. My overnight package took 2 days, not overnight. I asked simply for a fair middle ground and to refund me just the difference of 2 day vs overnight and they refused, all when UPS says I am due a refund. This is more about the principal, not the money. This is dishonest. I will never use them again. Update: UPS told me to call corporate offices for the UPS Store franchise and they immediately apologized and refunded me about $70 for the difference between overnight and 2 day. They said the Monument store should have done this. In my opinion, this is theft. Guess it helps to go above the owner of this store.

I've never been fond of this location's customer service. It doesn't matter if you're 16 or 75, don't be a sarcastic jerk with the customers. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit since its aim is to belittle or hurt someone. I’m referring to the 75 year old.

I ended up driving across I-25 to the Postal Annex (far end of Home Depot parking lot) to utilize their UPS services and they were as courteous and nice as could be in a professional retail setting.

Had a VERY DIFFICULT Amazon return today! (2) 45lb dumbbells. Amazon initially only sent (1) QR Code - for (2) separate returns weighing 45lbs each!! Then they sent (2) more QR Codes (further complicating the problem!). But this was "after" Julie and I had already boxed up (2) dumbells in (1) box! Finally it all worked out with Amazon in the end, but Julie was "truly wonderful"! I was frustrated when I first got there, but she was kind and quick to sort out the issues. Likewise Brandi (and the other older gentleman - sorry, don't know his name!)) were equally as supportive and kind. BEST UPS STORE IN COLORADO SPRINGS!! "Major" / Major Timothy Perry USMC

Excellent service and the nicest people! Convenient location and easy to do Amazon returns, printing jobs, notary, etc. I sent a print job, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Grateful for their help and quick service.
