I have children with dyslexia and decided to try The Tutoring Link since the one place we were going was so costly and farther away. I had sent the oldest for a yr and a half to another place with little success. When the youngest was diagnosed I found another tutor and sent the youngest. Needless to say it was so costly that we are still paying for the tutoring. We switched to Laurel and I am now able to send both of the children. The kids have fun while learning and do not mind going. They are now attending one of the camps, they thought it would be boring, and they came home talking about how fun it was. It is nice to be able to afford to send them to tutoring all while they are still learning the same concept as the more expensive places. We highly recommend Laurel and her staff.

Both of our daughters have done summer camps at Tutoring link but most recently I had my daughter tested using Woodcock Johnson IV just to get to know her a little better academically. I can't say enough wonderful thinks about Leslie and the staff at Tutoring Link. They are so positive with the kids and very encouraging, and they really go out of their way to make learning as fun as possible. We got our test report back in less than 24 hours from when she took the test, and Leslie took a ton of time to go over the test results with us and explain what the report said. Wonderful experience - highly recommend Tutoring Link!!!

We've had a wonderful experience with the tutoring link. One of my sons uses the LINK to augment his math acumen and my other son uses it to support areas where he feels not as strong. Laurel is very nice, easy to talk to and really cares about pairing the right tutor with the right child. Highly recommend.

When we started at The Tutoring Link, with Laurel Davis, we knew our son was missing the phonics concept of reading and Laurel came highly recommended. We had already worked with a few tutors with little success and our son often dreaded it. With Laurel, it was a whole different ballgame. Our son had a blast and was extremely engaged the entire time. He would ask to go, even on days he was not scheduled! We always wondered if he could be dyslexic but never explored it because his teachers and other tutors swore that could not be it. After a few months of working together, Laurel nudged us to get him evaluated and sure enough we found that he is dyslexic (we are forever grateful to Laurel for this). In just nine months of working with Laurel, his reading fluency went up by 50%!!! If you have a child who is struggling or simply needs some extra support, you cannot go wrong with Laurel! She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and shows a passion for her students that is simply unparalleled.

Thank you, Leslie! My baby girl (6yrs old)loved reading camp. She had so much fun readin and spelling with you. Her favorite was writing words in the sand. Thank you for the multi sensory fun learning experience! My boys (9yrs old) really enjoyed reading Wonder (and so did I!). Thank you so much to you and your staff for making reading camp and reading, in general, so much fun!
