I am so happy with The Tutoring Center. My daughter started going here after Failing High School Math. We went in and quickly enrolled her to this program. It was a lot of hard work, week after week but she has gained so much confidence in math and she now understand the material. She passed her math class with a C that is 2 grades in 6 months. They are very accommodating to her changing sport schedule and re-arranged her time slot as needed. I am very happy with this program and she will continue to go here for her math needs.

Both of my kids have gone to The Tutoring Center for years. I have had a great experience there and our collaboration between Mr. Glickman, Thomas, and my kids has been wonderful. We periodically assess how tutoring is going and make adjustments if needed. As my kids have grown and the honors classes have become more challenging, The Tutoring Center is able to meet their academic needs. Additionally, they have been great on accommodating my kids' changing extra-curricular schedule which my husband and I are very thankful for!

My daughter has attended the Moorpark location for going on 5 months now and her Teachers have seen significant improvement in her Maths test scores and her overall attitude towards homework. She has gained so many fundamental skills in such a short period of time, I couldn't be happier. She enjoys her sessions with her tutors and I think it is worth every penny. My son will be joining her next school year!

My daughter and I love this place! It's just been 2 months since she joined, and she's already receiving comments from her teacher in school that she is doing much better! The tutors are awesome and are all college graduates. Great 1:1 tutoring. Kids are rotated from station to station to keep the learning experience creative and fun. They have great reward incentives for the kids too. My daughter always looks forward to going to her tutoring classes. I highly recommend 'The Tutoring Center' here in Moorpark!

This center has changed my son's life. He was struggling with Math for a very longtime. After enrolling him for a few months, we were able to see great improvements. A big part of my son's success in school is mainly due to all the hard work and dedication the tutors gave our son. And because of that, we are grateful. We have also recently enrolled his twin brother at the Tutoring Center as he needs help with Language Arts. We are looking forward to another success story very soon. This tutoring center is HORRIBLE!!! It’s a complete waste of money. The franchise owner promised that it was a no contract center, however, after the first day, he refused to fully refund us for the year enrollment fee and the $1200 for 3 kids ($1500 total) that we paid. I wanted to cancel this service immediately because my kids were doing review work and not challenged even though they were behind in English/reading. I was under the impression that they would be doing the full hour of tutoring in English/reading, however, they did more work in Math, which they were already good at. They never learned a single thing. I could have bought them review workbooks for them to do at less than $100. Moreover, when I called the owner after a day, he argued with me and said it would take 3.5 months of review work to get them to learn new information. He said, “you’ve got to trust the system, just read all the Google reviews”. I said I don’t care about the google reviews, as he tells parents, including myself, that if we write a review, we get a free session, so of course many parents would immediately to writing good reviews. I said no, you bribe parents into writing good reviews, and he felt so offended that he said you can withdraw your kids. So I did, but i still had to pay for the whole month and the enrollement fee for a year($1500!) for 1 day of tutoring. Because of this, i just let them continue. Also, there is spring break, so the last week was completely lost. Furthermore, my oldest informed me that when he gets math problems all correct, one of the tutors accuses him of cheating everytime. This tutoring center has like 2 tutors, besides the owner, who doesn’t really tutor. He has ADHD and is unmedicated so he gets easily distracted as well. Also, it’s not even a full hour. It’s about 45 min after they wash their hands (even when dropped off early) and then they get stickers or candy or prizes for basically doing easy review work. Please do not waste your time and money at this tutoring center.

We are very pleased with the results. My son went from a below average student in math to an "A" within four to six months! This program took a child with little confidence in his ability to one who is thriving and actually finds math fun! After one or two visits, he was looking forward to his tutoring sessions! I really couldn't have asked for more!

My grand-daughter has been going to the Tutoring Center for only 2 months and her grades have improved along with her self-confidence. I did a lot of research before I chose this option. I've been very pleased with the staff, the program and the progress.
