Great experience!! The staff are very helpful and pleasant. They are working hard each time I visit, not only stocking the shelves but taking the time to display the items nicely. I have seen such an improvement. Keep up the great work. 😁😁😁👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Crappy store. Trousers are overpriced and not sorted. That's right, all the trousers are bunched together without any clue what size they are. Also the fitting rooms are closed. Won't be back.

The one in Temecula is far better, shoot the ones in Perris & Hemet are even better and it is sad this store does not meet standards nor expectations. For example the dressing rooms: the sign on both doors said Temporarily Closed but the cashier said they are Permanently Closed. Not sure what the reason was. And there was a teenager there (he looked more like a man, but he was huge for his size & age) was riding his scooter up & down the aisles, the young women there said nothing to him, I suspect with the rash of smash & grabs, safety is primarily a good reason not to say something but almost all of the employees, (at the time I was there) were on their cellphones texting until a customer bothered them to make a purchase, so safety’s a moot point.

They have some good finds periodically, but I’m not sure I want to go back there anymore. I had the same feeling I get when I’m at a raunchy ghettomart, I meant Walmart. But at least Walmart’s level is more on corporate standards.

It's really pathetic that they don't bother answering the phone. I called multiple times and it rang for so long that it disconnected. Apparently they aren't interested in brand new, tags on, clothing. Shame on you! There's so much clothing that I needed to make an appointment! Too bad you're too busy to perform your duties there. I wonder how much you've missed out on by ignoring that annoying ring sound. Hint: It's the phone! You're supposed to pick up the receiver and pleasantly answer it!

The mgr Randi doesn't need to challenge me to a fight when I'm in the parking lot singing karaoke. I've spent a lot of money there and wasn't inside. He has allowed things to escalate and it's frustrating. Bridget and her whole team have always been the one place that gave me a chance, but now I avoid because he keeps coming at me.

While I am not fan of the way the Salvation Army spends the money this store is one of the only true thrift stores left in Escondido. Most skim their stock for good stuff and either staff takes it to resell or the store does resells online. Here, good deals just end up on shelves. It's lower volume than Valley Parkway's Valley Thrift Store so the resellers are not as thick here, usually. Which again means better stuff for lower prices. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I enjoy visiting this store and found many cool things there.

Just bought 2 new lambskin leather jackets. 12 bucks. 1/2 off Black Friday am... 25% off 1 item still available. 2 dollar clothing sale end of January. XLNT. The manager rides an Indian motorcycle... coooooool. Favorit store.
