Sierra did an amazing job!! I booked a perm test (my first time ever getting a perm), a perm service and a men’s cut. I am so so in love w the finished product. Putting in the rollers took a bit but only because the shorter areas of my hair were harder to wrap. Sierra was super patient through the painstaking process and we were very quickly on the same page about the style of cut and type of curls I wanted. Her instructor Ms. M was also super amazing and was very cool to see her attentive teaching. I’m very excited to come back in 6 weeks for a refresh. Thank you guys!!

Yaneli is seriously the best!! She always did what I ask. And it comes out perfect every time. Her hand message was the best. She takes her time and does an amazing job! Not to mention that she is a total sweetheart! She was so careful when she waxed my eye brows.
My daughter also go her hair cut she absolutely loved it. 100% recommend her !!

Natasha made me feel normal again. She asked me what I wanted, what I didn’t want, showed me what she was cutting off. The instructors were amazing at explaining the how and why. I went in with a shelf, a disconnect in my hair from years of breakage and she was able to fix it and let me keep my length. Thank you Natasha ❤️

I have gotten manicures with polish, eyebrow waxing and a facial from Tobynn who has done a fantastic job with all services. She strives for excellence and is very professional. She truly enjoys her clients and does not make you feel like she is rushed. I will definitely be continuing to get services from her.

Claudine Carrillo deserves recognition for her extraordinary work! I went to her for one of the services she offers and I was left in shock at how professional her service and process was, not to mention she did a beautiful job and I haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the service she did. I felt comfortable and at ease going into the session and that was my first time ever getting that service done, after the service she gave me a complimentary care kit. She goes up and beyond and works hard to satisfy her clients. I’ve taken customer service classes and she is the epitome of excellent customer service and she should be the set example of what beauty service providers should be doing. I will be returning to her for any other future services she offers.

I had a haircut there yesterday.And it was unbelievably terrible what's worrisome is the teacher was watching the hairdresser at the end and was nervous but she didn't try to fix it.
The front bangs went from touching my eyelashes too. Now, they are 1/2 inch on the left, in the middle 2.5inches, and on the right 2inches.
I really didn't notice it until I got home and my son saw me and started laughing.
Then I really started. I'm measuring my hair everywhere and noticed how unbelievably a bad a job had been done.
UNLESS YOUR GOAL IS TO LOOK TERRIBLE, DO NOT GO THERE.

My experience on getting my first facial with Claudine Carrillo was beyond my expectation. She made my visit very relaxing, explaining all the products to me before applying. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. I left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend her if you have or haven't gotten a facial.
