DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE COMMUNITY AS ADVERTISED!

Probably the worst renting experience of my life. Lack of communication, disrespect to residents, aggressive behavior from employees and upper management.

Example: After complaining about someone or animal that took a pee in the front lobby of the building. Had the manager there doing other maintenance say, "I can't clean that today." When asked why, he said he had 170 other units to manage. still leaving it for the next day.

Another is leaving the heat off in my apartment unit for over a week. Lying and saying the management checked it. Turning on the heating unit. Upon my arrival back from vacation. No heat was on, the note I had left still attached over the thermostat.

This company also did the flooring below my unit. The fumes were terrible. keeping my wife and I up all night to go to a friend's apartment with our cats the next few nights. Calling the management company did nothing.

Mail, packages and the box to pay rent all went missing within the first few months of resurrection project ownership. Having the residents get new checks or cashier's checks. Within the first year or so nearly 70% of the residents moved out complaining about management.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE COMMUNITY AS ADVERTISED!

They are thieves with no moral compass. Their funding comes from TIF slush funds that make the working class residents lose their homes from higher property taxes.

I came in knowing little and I left knowing a lot. I enjoy the financial education courses taught here. The staff really know their stuff and they are very great at answering any question you have!!! Great people! I loved their financial courses so much i decided to branch out and see what else they have to offer. Their immigration services are extremely helpful and quick to help you! Great staff! Overall great organization!

I am currently renting from this organization. They do not care about the tenants. They do not have a maintenance man for our apt buildings and there 7 buildings in this complex. They hired someone to clear the snow and he did not do a good job we have to climb over 3 foot snow banks to get to our cars. The garbage man was not able to pick up the garbage because the man did not do his snow removal the right way. HE USED A LEAF BLOWER TO DO IT. There is garbage every where. Drug dealers parking here for hours. Before RESURRECTION took over it was clean and safe.

very, very unscrupulous folks. they will lie to you to your face. they've got some shady ways of handling paperwork. read your agreement, hold them to account, and never trust them. this is my last year of renting any apartment under their management. i won't be surprised if the management team get in trouble for their practices one of these days.

I am very satisfied with the results I obtained from working with the immigration lawyer, Andres Diaz. As a citizen, I petitioned my mom, but her case was a little complicated. Our family thought that the case was going to be denied, and she was going to need to leave the country. Nevertheless, Andres made all the efforts to make this case succeed, and thankfully, my mom’s permanent residency was approved this month. I definitely recommend Andres because of his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to what he does.

Just called, a little while ago. A Hispanic woman answered the phone. She seemed to not understand much English, & was in a hurry to hang up.

I had asked her 2 questions.
1. About housing.
2. About the Chicago Resiliency Fund.

Her answers were blunt. She never bothered to be patient and calm, so as to help me understand what I needed to know.

The tone of her voice became aggressive & impatient (rude), when I asked about the Chicago Resiliency Fund. The sound of her voice was like: 'I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR NEED, THE $5,000,000 IS REALLY OURS TO KEEP, & NOT FOR ITS PURPOSE.

P.S. By the way, the need wasn't for me, it was for my elderly mother.

But I realized something here,...if there secretary is disrespectfull, ...then know one should come here for help, and know one should even bother donating to this foundation again.'

The money should go to a foundation that knows how to answer the phone with courtesy & decency.

BS COMPANY GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND. IF YOU HAVE MY INFO PLEASE SHRED IT.

Update: Called the COO Julian, he was wonderful. He heard my concern and kept me on the phone until everything was done! I also talked to Dorian, told him my situation, left him my contact information, got a call back about the status of my pre application within 15 minutes. If you want to find out about something and the lower end of the company gives you the run around, go over they head. Thank you Julian and Dorian!!
