After carefully researching many facilities, this was by far my first choice. Let me tell you this they did not disappoint me in any way, shape or form. Everyone was great from the therapist's, nurses, doctors, assistant's, to the kitchen and janitorial employees I could not have asked for better care. I can say that I stayed at this facility from 1-10-2025 to 1-18-2025 after having a total hip replacement and I'm recovering very rapidly. Thanks to therapists for working diligently with me and listening/addressing my every concern/worry. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I received excellent care here everyone was kind and caring. The place was very clean and fresh smelling. All of my nurses, aides,and therapists did an excellent job. If I ever need rehab again I would choose this place in Shiloh Illinois.

Everybody seem nice and they had everything together they knew what was going on and I was there for rehab for me really bad wreck they got me started to walk wheelchair walk kind of thing I did fall there on my hip so I feel like I kind of went backwards a little bit but overall I give him a five I would like to say that the kitchen and staff one in particular she came to take my order and she wears this beautiful thing around her hair cuz her hair is going to be so long I wish I knew her name right off but she deserves a raise she went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted for all my meals and she was beautifully trained. I would like to think all my nurses all of my the text and I don't want the staff any of the staff that I have had that help me regain walking thank you thank you Barb for my discharge plans anybody everybody the whole place is awesome but

I went here expecting the bare minimal. They exceeded my expectations . The team assembled here are like the Avengers they are thoughtful, sympathetic., pushing to bring out the best in you. If you are given the opportunity to come here let it be known you experience the best care nursing staff , the best medically staff to help towards rehabilitation. I standby this statement 100%

From the 1st person I meet and all RN staff, PT & OT therapists, people asking me what I wanted to eat to the person who picked up my tray especially Dr. Ann Hegedorn and other upper management people (I'm bad @ remembering name). I highly recommend this facility for those in need of their excellent care.

Everyone was very kind and understanding and took excellent care of me. My only complaint was the lack of adequate clean up after bouts of diarrhea. I understand that job is not very pleasing but a better job should be done.

This facility will lie to your face, lie in their notes, and do everything they can to get Medicare to cancel the patients benefits. They will continually write that there is progress when there is 0 progress. They do not care about the well being of a veteran and will release them early only giving you 2 business days to get everything set up on your own, which dealing with the VA is no time to setup home care. They will also only give you 24 hrs to appeal the decision. They literally did everything they could to push my father out the door to open a bed. They continually said my father was self sufficient when I sat in his OT and PT sessions watching him struggle. This was a sorry excuse for making sure a patient is released to a safe environment with all the help they need.

My experience was great, as far as the occupational and physical therapy, I also had great medical experience with my pneumonia, which allowed me to get the occupational and physical therapy. I appreciate all of the services the Shiloh rehab center offered including the food service. Thank you all so much.
