Love the Pilates Body! Have been coming here since 2013. I was looking for a work out that would help with low back pain. The trainers are amazing and modify the work outs to suit each persons needs. I Have gone through three pregnancies here, all work outs were modified and I completely trust their guidance.

My favorite place for Pilates workout, because of the knowledge and high skill level of all the trainers. Plenty of choices to build your body strength through mat/reformers - small group/individual sessions. I have been coming for years, it saved my back, and I hate to miss a class. PilatesBody Inc. is a first-rate Pilates Studio. Been taking Mat & Reformer Classes at PilatesBody, Inc. since 2011. The Trainers are incredible! Very knowledgeable and helpful! The workouts are so beneficial to enhancing overall health and well-being. Even through injuries PilatesBody helped in restoring my mobility. They have a wonderful Physical Therapist on board. Many of my Family members & Friends, including my 86 year young Mom, have been to PilatesBody for classes or PT & know first hand the quality of their guidance in helping us achieving better health and fitness. The Pilates Body is the best Pilates studio around. The staff is knowledgeable and take the time to work with you. It's a small studio with very personalized services. I have never felt better since working out at the Pilates Body. A+
