A great organization that I have been involved with for 5 yrs. Along with volunteering time to help pack school supplies, to making baby layettes for new mothers and traveling to Casper Wyoming to help with a large food pack for those in need in Nicaragua. I have also gone on a mission trip with them and to say the least it was an eye opener. This organization works along side the people of Nicaragua building church’s, schools and additions, hosts teacher retreats and bible school. Looking to get involved, this is a great organization to start with.

I have been on more than a few mission trips with NiCE after a bad experience with a prior church organization. NiCE broadened my understanding of the needs, the people, the culture and the nation of Nicaragua. They understand that mission-ing is more than building things or giving stuff away. It is about establishing relationships with people and learning to see them as friends, not needy folks. I have taken all nine of my grandchildren on at least one trip each and they invariably had a great experience. If you want to try an international mission trip, go with NiCE. They are the best!

I like this place, it's got a lot of used stuff that I bought for a small donation for my new apartment. They have really nice bikes, toys, kitchen table etc. They also take donations in the form of old articles of clothing, toys, books, CDs, etc. Stop by and visit the place and ask of Sandy Schleper.
