Dr Jeff and the whole team are amazing. I feel grateful to have been a patient as a kid, and now my son is a patient. They do a great job at being a Dr office for kids, being responsive and available when we need help. They give very informed guidance, and I always feel comfortable with their approach, organization, business processes, and table-side manner.

We are huge fans of Dr Sadinsky. He is caring, knowledgable, kind, and great with our daughter. He takes his time at appointments and never makes us feel silly for asking questions as first time parents. I appreciate his relaxed approach and thorough explanations.

As a first time mom I was very nervous about choosing a pediatrician and making sure we had the proper care for our child when we needed it after hearing so many stories of places with long wait times, rushed appointments, etc. So far we have had nothing but good experiences with this office. We can call any time and speak to an on call dr or nurse rather quickly when things come up that we don't think we necessarily need to go on for. I like that they have two separate offices- one for sick visits and one for well visits. It reduces so much of my anxiety about taking her in knowing we wont be met with an office of kids who aren't feeling well.

Highly recommend this office and specifically Dr Sadinsky as a pediatrician.

Racist and rude receptionists. The office manager is a complete joke. Entire front desk needs cultural competency and empathy training. Do not come here if you’re a PoC.

This place has gone down hill, the old lady at the front desk needs to retire already. She always has an attitude and miserable. If you’re a minority avoid this place.

I believe the doctor that I had did not care enough and just did not take me serious enough. He knew my mother had pneumonia and he simply brushed it off. I was not able to go to my vacation to Aruba because of him. He told me multiple times I would be just fine to go, but he did not give me medicine to prevent pneumonia. If I did go I could have been severely sick there for 9 days. He made me feel as if I was stupid for even coming in. They finally actually cared the day before I was supposed to leave.

I have been taking my sons here for 14 years, the staff is great. The reception area is always polite, caring and very professional. Dr. Sadinsky is one of a kind. I trust him completely with his medical advice and allows me to make the proper choices and medical decisions that work best for my son. I do recommend to all families no matter what medial opinions you have, you will be respected and there will be an individual path for each child

This pediatrician is very frustrating. My daughter is sick over the summer and there is no one else in the office. We have been waiting for 35 minutes and have no idea when the doctor will come in. Every time we come it’s at least a 30-40 minute wait.

Do better. Don’t schedule so many appointments if you can’t see the patient at the scheduled time.

Im confused I’m here thinking that there won’t be a problem with going here because of the language barrier but I was kicked in the face when a medical professional called me to let me know that my family member needs to go to another medical office due to that she speak Spanish and no one in the office speak her language, which is weird even I told her that I was going with her, she told me NO I can’t go with her…….. I understand about hipa, but come on even if she has interpreter they said no……… but me as a Hispanic Latino women is in shock that medical staff refuse her….. that there is a law about discrimination against language barrier……. And this office did just that!!!!! I’m sorry but I needed to vent as I’m lost in words
