This little hidden gem of a tiny "strip mall" is an old elementary school which houses a SUPERB coffee shop, bakery, brewing company & bar + a small local owned restaurant as well as other businesses I'll unfamiliar with. Usually good parking!

This was a great idea to reuse unused school buildings. Each shop is unique and all provide quality services and products. Here you can get a haircut, a cup of great coffee, hang out with friends, get some work done, and top it off with a beer and dinner! With Wifi throughout the building, you are always connected.

Great place for a social gathering. Participated in the most attended Regional Chamber of Commerce event. Perfect setting for a social mingle with crafted brews and seltzers with food trucks. Will definitely plan an event there for the launch of our new business Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness.

Best brewery in the city in Goat Patch, my favorite coffee shop in Building 3 Coffee, and where I get my hair cut (Lincoln Street Barbers).

Former school remodeled and repurposed as a boutique community business center featuring a brewery, bakery, coffee shop with a CrossFit type gym and other various business offices. Great location tucked in a neighborhood near the intersection of Filmore and N. Nevada. Relaxed atmosphere, the kind of place where all are welcome even furry friends.

This is a great spot to chill with your homies. The beer is fantastic and the staff were very friendly making me want to come back and get my drinking on.
I didn't try the pizza in the parking lot but it looked great and I certainly will next time.
I would give this place six stars if I could.
Packed to the gills in full of beautiful people, and a few dogs... Both types.
Get there soon and save me a seat.

I am impressed with what they have done to repurpose this old elementary school! Although I didn't attend this particular school, it is very nostalgic to know that what they have done keeps the school's memory alive. Plus, I enjoy Building III's coffee and snacks!

It's kind of the new thing, turning elementary schools into the new age strip mall. I know, malls aren't cool anymore...or are they making a trendy come back? 🤔 I mean multiple businesses in one building, food, cocktails, brewery, bakery, yoga. Wait a minute, I think we are being fooled, this is nothing but a food court!!!! I dig it, I am sure I will go again.
