We had the pleasure of partnering with The Learning Experience – Sauganash this week for picture day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is a center that truly prioritizes the well-being and happiness of every child.

The Director and administrative team were organized, welcoming, and so helpful throughout the day. The teachers were incredibly kind and patient, creating a calm, joyful environment that made it easy for the children to shine in front of the camera. Their connection with the kids was beautiful to witness.

My wife and I picked this place for daycare when she was pregnant. However, for reasons that take too much time to discuss we chose another daycare. What a mistake! After having our child at an awful daycare run by a crazy buffoon, followed by a so-so daycare that didn’t fit our needs, we ended up back where we started. In hindsight I wish we had enrolled our child here and been with them the whole time. Simply put you get what you pay for: a clean, safe, professionally run and managed daycare that truly focuses on giving your child the best start in life. Of the three daycares we have used, this being the third; the learning experience is definitely the most expensive. However, I am so happy with the care and attention they give our child that the price is worth it. Deb runs a tight ship. Every teacher knows our child’s name. The learning experience has bent over backwards to help and assist with the OT from Early Intervention. The teachers actually pay attention to what she, the OT, does so that they can pick up skills for their own betterment. The Learning Experience(TLE) uses their own app to share information about your child’s day with you. Our child is socializing with other children. The food our child is fed is healthy and age appropriate. Every day there are activities for sensory development and enrichment. We asked that they make sure our child wears a hat; not only did they make sure our request was followed one of the teachers started wearing one so our child wouldn’t feel alone. Twice our child had a minor fall on the playground: both times we were called and informed of the circumstances surrounding what happened. No song and dance just, “ I thought you should know that….fell on the playground today.” I could go on and on about all the little things they do that make this place a cut above the rest. In conclusion, I highly recommend TLE. I honestly feel that since our child has started attending we have seen so much more growth mentally, emotionally, and physically.

My oldest started in the infant room at TLE Sauganash in 2019 and now my youngest is in preschool. I could not be happier with the care and attention they receive. The staff is incredibly nurturing, professional, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. My kids have thrived in this warm, welcoming environment, making friends and learning new things every day.

The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the variety of activities keeps my children engaged and excited to go to school. From creative arts and crafts to educational games and outdoor play, TLE offers a balanced and enriching program that caters to all aspects of a child’s growth.

Communication with parents is excellent and has improved since the app was implemented, providing regular updates and photos throughout the day. I feel confident and at ease knowing my kids are in such capable and caring hands.

Thank you, TLE Sauganash, for being a second family to my children and providing them with a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. I highly recommend TLE to any parent looking for exceptional childcare!

We’ve had a great experience at TLE! My baby started at 5 months old and everyone (Director, front desk staff, teachers) has been super kind, helpful, and attentive. If you have a question or concern, everyone on staff is eager to help. They also have an app that makes staying connected throughout the day easier.

We cannot say enough about TLE, their staff, and the care they provide for our little girl. We are greeted every morning with a smile and always feel so welcomed. Every teacher and staff member are so warm and friendly. Ms Lisa, Ms. Collette, and Miss T in the infant room in particular are amazing. They have taken such amazing care of our now 1 year old who started there at 5 months old. They are so loving, so attentive, so communicative, and my daughter is always so happy to see them every morning. I always know my girl is in good hands and we’re so grateful to them!

We love TLE! Our son started at 4 months old in the infant room. His teachers, Miss Collette and Miss Lisa are amazing. From the start, they put us at ease and made it a smooth transition for our family. Our son is always happy when he is there. We have had a very positive experience at TLE and highly recommend.

My kids (currently 2 & 4 years old) have been at TLE for almost a year now and it’s been an overwhelmingly positive experience from the start. My kids learn a ton and are happy, safe, and loved by the staff. I especially appreciate the communication, both the day to day information & pictures, and sharing more details about each child’s development. I worried about our transition here from an in-home daycare where both kids had more bad days than good. It’s been such a relief to know every day that I’m dropping my kids off somewhere they are thriving.

Adding that my girls have had so many great teachers at TLE. Two who stand out are Ms Joyce, who I’ve seen go above and beyond to make my younger one feel involved and connected, and Ms Laura, who works hard to help my older one with preschool age learning and social emotional skills.
