My husband and I bring up on almost a weekly basis how lucky we are to have found TLE in Lafayette. Our daughter started there as a 5 month old. She is our first child and with that comes a lot of firsts and unknowns, such as if daycare would be the right environment for a very young baby. For us, the answer is YES and that is largely due to all that TLE has done.

The front desk staff and her teachers have been beyond amazing. We did not expect this level of care and support from a daycare, and we are so happy that we decided to bring our daughter here. She has a lot of fun with her teachers and we appreciate the effort and love her teachers put into what they do everyday. We know it is not easy! A special shoutout to Ms Desi, Ms Destinee, Ms Perla, and Ms Hailee for making sure that our daughter gets amazing care AND that we feel great about it too. Thank you so so much!

I can’t thank this place enough for the impact it has had on my kid. The friendships and social skills he learned here are unmatched, and they really prepared him to be a smart, independent little human in the most creative and kid friendly way possible. It was such a welcoming and all around the most positive experience and definitely made everlasting memories. The curriculum they teach really prepared my son for kindergarten and is so far ahead of the game while he was still in preschool. His reading skill increased dramatically and was reading at a 2nd grade level by the time he left, and was already understanding kindergarten math, and curious about multiplication and division. Really exceeding expectations in a preschool in preparedness.

The staff there really know how to teach on the kids level and keep them truly engaged throughout the day using their brains and skills. And I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, they really made my son feel accepted and valued during a really hard transition point in his life and were a true support for him. Forever will be grateful for the learning experience-Lafayette.

If you are thinking about sending your child to school here.. Do it! This is a wonderful place for your child to learn, socialize and grow. My children have been attending school here for over a year, and I could not be more pleased with the curriculum, staff, and overall happiness of our children. They engage in art, writing, reading, math, science, and second languages just to name a few. They also server meals that are healthy and balanced.
Since we have been attending for awhile now, have had the pleasure of engaging with several staff and teachers. All of them have incredible qualities to make them qualified to be with children all day. But here is some additional information on some of our favorite teachers and staff:
- Victoria is the director. She is always kind and responsive to us as parents, and does a wonderful job keeping us informed. Her
- Emily and Sahire run the front desk and are absolute gems! Always have a positive attitude, always willing to help, and on top of all the financials. We are greeted every day with a "hello, hello", and a smile.
- Ms Josie is an amazing teacher, we absolutely love her. She has taken the time to really get to know our child. She sees the individual needs of each child and structures her words and actions to accommodate them. She is kind, warm, and just a beautiful person. We are blessed to have her running the Universal Pre-K program.
- Ms Teresa has the most incredible patience and empathy. She seamless runs the Preschool 1 class like the Pro she is. She always has an update on our child's day, and takes to time to point out little traits or accomplishment of our child. She is an incredible person and our child loves being in her class.
- Ms Raine is just the sweeties human. She knows every kid in the school, and knows how to make every single one of them feel special. She is such a team player. On top of running her class, she seems to always be helping out where ever she can to ensure the school runs smoothly.
- Ms Kenzie knows how to run her class, keep the kids on track, and have fun with them along the way. My child loved being in her class. She actually won Teacher of the Year out of all Colorado TLE's and she 100% deserved that honor.
- Ms Lizeth is kind, patience, and a joy to be around. She runs the class with young toddlers, and makes sure kiddos feel safe and secure creating a happy place to learn and play.

I cannot say enough about this amazing school, and encourage all parents to consider TLE Lafayette when choosing a school for your kids.

Our son enjoyed his time at this school and we were happy with the experience as well. Our son went through the Twaddlers, Preppers, and Preschool 1-3 here. Miss Raine, Miss Rasha, Miss Leslie, Miss McKenzie and Miss Josie stand out for us as excellent teachers who connected to our son. Miss Emily and Sahira at the front office, were always helpful as well. The teachers were kind and caring to him and the school was supportive when we we were exploring dietary changes to help his belly upsets. The building and classrooms are clean and well maintained. They do great activities with the kids. My son was learning Spanish and left writing clearly and knowing all the letter sounds. He can count well and do some kindergarten math. I feel he’s gonna be ahead of the game for kindergarten overall. He made good friends too. Overall we are very happy with our time at TLE Lafayette. We will miss the team there.

Our experience with The Learning experience in Lafayette has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing, always friendly, attentive, and caring. We love receiving updates throughout the day, including pictures, which really helps us feel connected and reassured about our child's well-being. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities. Our daughter has been going since she was 3 months old and we are excited for our second to attend and receive amazing care from them. We couldn't be happier with our choice and highly recommend The Learning Experience in Lafayette to other families!

We have been with TLE Lafayette since August 2022 and never look back. Currently our daughter is in the Twaddler classroom and our son recently joined the Infants. They are both happy at drop off each morning and we feel very comfortable leaving them in TLE’s care. The teachers and front staff are welcoming, warm, and informative. My daughter has gained so much from her time here. From baby sign language to manners to fine motor skills and so much more, they work with her on it all. A huge bonus is receiving photos and updates through their app – these updates keep me in the loop on what they are eating, learning, crafting, etc throughout the day. We are incredibly happy being a part of the TLE family and I would highly recommend.

My son has been attending TLE since he was 6 weeks old, and he’s 5 now! He loves school every day and always talks about the teachers and his friends when we’re at home. He’ll go to kindy next year but is currently writing (yes writing!) his letter to Santa because he’s always thrived in his learning there. My daughter is now in the toddler classroom but has been attending since was 8 weeks old. She has built such strong relationships with every single teacher she’s had there that we have to practice saying their names every single night before bed. Both of my kids are learning and thriving and loved every day.

Both of my daughters spent their early years at TLE, and it has been everything and more than we expected. The quality of teachers, staff, facility, curriculum has all exceeded our expectations. Our oldest is in kindergarten and still talks about her teachers from The Learning Experience. They’ve built a love for learning from the staff at the school and I’m constantly amazed what they come home knowing.

The facility is well laid out with several indoor play areas as well as an outdoor playground. The chef also delivers on a menu of healthy and fun kids food that our two girls want us to replicate at home.

We couldn’t be happier knowing our girls got to spend their early years at TLE with such caring people and would highly recommend the school to parents with young children.
