Awesome daycare! Being in the military and with my wife working, her hours were extremely flexible. We loved the way she handles the kids and how well she understands them. She does a great job in creating a safe space for the children. My daughter at first had an extremely hard time getting use to daycare since it was her first time being away from us, but Ms Fidelia was very patient with her and really worked on building trust. Eventually our daughter grew to love and trust the daycare home. She loved being involved with activities they would do especially on holidays and being with the kids and we could not thank the daycare home enough. We truly recommend this place if you’re looking for childcare!

I recommend it to you, it is very good, I have two children, they started when they were 2 and 1, and my children have never come home with bruises. They never cry, they have never mistreated my baby’s, they have learned a lot since they arrived at the kids place, I am very grateful to this place because they have known how to take good care of my children. And until now my children are happy to go to this place every day. The only thing I can say for this place is that I really appreciate them a lot.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DAYCARE. My child was discriminated against twice at this daycare. Provider suggested my child was disabled because he started walking later on at about 17 months which wasn’t even a big delay. I revisited this daycare when my son was about two and she turned him away with implication that he would hurt himself at this daycare because he was too curious and active. She wouldn’t even let my child look at the toys when we came to look at the place. All parts of the house were accessible to children with no safety barriers. She said she needs children who “listen” whatever that means. Ive never met a small toddler under 3 with the ability to impulse control that well and having worked in childcare before sometimes that trait doesn’t come in until school age

Mom of two toddlers, this home daycare has flexible hours, the kids do art projects specially during holidays (so you get cute drawings/ cards that the providers help them do so you can take home ) My youngest was 2 1/2 years old and with a few months he was reciting / recognizing the alphabet, shapes, and counting, I love how they have a variety of activities but also help prepare them for Pre-school Kindergarten. 2 years later still a caring environment that follows safety protocols.

I used this daycare for my nephew. I knew this was the place as soon as I walked through the door. The facility is very well organized, free of clutter, clean, decorated with great colorful detail, and more importantly child safety is observed at all times. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and has outstanding skills and experience interacting with the children. This facility is licensed which means that an Illinois Department of Children & Family Services (IDCFS) licensing representative has inspected the facility and it was found to meet the minimum licensing requirements set by IDCFS. No doubt they have exceeded the bar.

I Love This Daycare ❤️ i really dont trust no one with my daughter but with them is different. Everyone is really nicee and loving. My baby has been coming here since she was 6 mo and now shes bout to be 4 yrs 🙂She Loves Miss Fidelia && everytime i pick her up Shes always happy and exited about the activities they do 😊wouldnt change Them for no one else 👌🏻

A Reliable Family home group daycare. I have been taking my child for few years now and it's a quality service. My child loves the projects and activities provided.
