Very clean place. The owner who helps you get started is nice. The contract rate is very reasonable. It is very quiet and the other people are very nice. There is a lot of equipment spread throughout two large rooms. Although it may feel like there isn't a lot of room due to the plethora of equipment, when you actually start working out, you realize it isn't bad at all. The third room is wide open and can be used for other exercises, if need be. The open room and all the equipment were the things which sold me the most.

Overall, great place to exercise.

I was checking on their exercise program and if they accept Silver Sneakers, which they do and I talk to a very informative young lady who helped me to accomplish my goals. I am very excited to get started.

I love this gym! It is always clean and the equipment is kept in top shape. The owners are super nice and from I understand it is about to expand. There are lots of classes and several time options for them.
