Hello community family and friends, I would just like to share with you my Goddard experience. I’ve been in Plainfield since 2003 and I’ve been apart of the Plainfield school district since then as well. I’ve run into a lot of educators and I’ve even become an educator at one point, but the Goddard school is a school full of educators and they meet the standards of what a school should look like. The complete staff have a concern for your child and you as a parent. The staff is confident, competent, warm, pleasant, passionate, and patient about the effectiveness and efficiency that they present. So if you’re looking for a place to meet the needs of whatever your child’s need is, “the Goddard school is the place to be.” I’m glad to say we made a great decision to be a part of the God school family.

In this world we live in, we want what’s best for our children. Goddard has set the bar. People are amazed at how well rounded our daughter is for her age. Goddard is the perfect launching pad for our child’s journey as a student and as a kid who will be a valuable asset in the future of our community.

We've been at Goddard for about a year now, and so far we love it. It's definitely on the high end as far as price goes for the area, but its worth it. The teachers have all been there a long time (low turnover), the food is high quality, and the communication is great. They have a nice outdoor play area and they do a lot of activities, even with the babies. And they send lots of photos during the day, which I love! Would definitely reccomend.

GODDARD SCHOOL is the best choice I have made for my child. I am very happy that we are part of this family, the staff and teachers are very nice and kind, answer any question nicely and with a bright and smiling face. My child is happy every morning when we get to DAY CARE, and I am happy and reassured that I know and have felt that my child is safe and around competent people who know how to do their job. A sincere and a big thank you to the teachers and staff of this DAY CARE from me as a mother, it is a joy for me to see my child happy where he is and although we do not have so much time since we have been part of this family, I can say that my child learns many new things related to intellectual development. This is an excellent daycare! The building is clean and spacious.
The meal plan is well-thought out and nutritious. The staff are genuine and approachable - our daughter loves her new classroom. Our daughter is learning lots of new things to help her prepare for pre-school. We're really happy with our choice.

We have been with Goddard for 2 years now. And 2 more to come. Both my kids love this place. They have incredible staff, amazing teachers and so so caring.
I can not express my gratitude enough. Plainfield needed a place like this.
I trust my kids are well taken care of. It is affordable and I know my kids are in good hands. My daughter started reading thanks to her pre k teacher Mrs Jenn.
She is ready for K and she loved the place.
If I have one more baby, Goddard Will be my place to go.

What can I say? Goddard is simply amazing. Both of my daughters have been going their since they were 4 months old. As most moms, I was terrified leaving my daughters in the care of others for the first time. However, the teachers are amazing and love your child like their very own. One thing that I like most about Goddard is that it doesn’t feel like your sending your child to daycare but rather to school. The things they learn are mind blowing. For instance, this year they had a Doctor come in and run the STEAM program at the school. They had 3 year olds dissecting parts of animals and making model viruses. The pictures that we received were so cool and my daughter taught me so many new things. Furthermore, during my oldest daughter’s kindergarten year, she scored way higher on the reading standardized test in comparison to the school and district. This is in part, due to Goddard starting them with sights words the year before. I can go on and on. Goddard is worth every penny and I couldn’t see sending my kids anywhere else!

The Goddard location on Theodore Street is THEE place for your kids. After dropping off our oldest daughter in 2013 for the first time when she was only 3 months old, we were worried because this would be her first time away from home for an extended period of time. That was the first and last time we ever felt a sense of anxiety surrounding our children and their attendance at Goddard. Needless to say, they have exceeded our expectations. It should be no surprise then, that our youngest daughter also attends this Goddard, even after her oldest sister graduated. As educators ourselves, we have high standards for our children and what we expose them to. With that said, I can honestly say that I would not want my kids at any other school. The owners, Karen and Rundy, treat our children like their own and all of the teachers do as well. The environment is friendly and welcoming and additionally, they prepare your children to excel academically. My oldest daughter, who started there way back in 2013 and is now in kindergarten, scoring above grade level in reading and mathematics. We have Goddard to thank for this. Do yourself a favor and enroll your child in Goddard on Theodore. You won't be disappointed. Trust me!
