The classes were great. I attended them at the location in Calera,AL three days a week until I had to stop going. While trying to cancel my membership I had to send multiple emails to the person over billing and she never responded. I also had to leave messages with two different people because everyone claimed she was the only one who could cancel it. She finally canceled it without informing me and the way I found out was by going into my Zenplanner app. My card is still on file and I had to get in touch with the customer service of Zenplanner to see can it be removed that way but she told me the billing department at the garage were the only people to remove it and she will send them a request as well. The communication and professionalism can be much better and hopefully this review will help you guys get better with it.

I decided to come here as a first time martial artist and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I trained here for about four months before I relocated across the country and I already miss it.
All the students and coaches are very welcoming and the environment was always friendly and free of judgement. Whether you're a first timer like I was or a veteran looking to compete, this gym is perfect if you're looking for a close family atmosphere and a place to work out and learn. If I'm ever in the area again I will make visiting a priority.

Awesome place! I have never felt more at home at any gym or fitness community. The coaches are first class and run a family and community oriented business. With a free trial workout, you can not go wrong giving it a shot. 5 stars!

This gym is life changing! I have serious anxiety and it has helped me manage it so much. I also have set out to lose weight and the coaches are AMAZING! No matter your skill level, they will be so focused on helping you get to where you want! This is a judgement free gym and I am so thankful for the friends I have made there!

Phenomenal! I love this gym and the family that comes with it when you sign up. Everyone here has a different goal in mind. Whether that be physical, mental, or maybe you want to compete! No judgement whatsoever. I actually lost 26 pounds my first year! Everyone joins with a purpose, and we as a family reach it together.

It’s different than other gyms. With no class times, and a hard 30 minute workout, it’s hard not to speak highly of this place. Plus, everyday I get a one on one pad session with the coaches.

Show up, put some gloves on, and punch the stress away! And don’t worry, you won’t get punched in the face unless you absolutely want to!

I love the Garage!! I have never been really into fitness, but this place has really changed that. I love the family atmosphere and how encouraging everyone is, but I also love that they push you and know what you’re capable of. Such a great place!!
