Very old school course built in 1913, club was founded in 1893. It has smallish greens, and some hilly terrain. It needs more conditioning as Spring progresses. Somewhat short, but uphill shots require extra club for sure. This former private course is public and easy to find. Hospitality was very good and it's a beautiful course to play.

Beautiful course! Been around since the 1800's (Says so on the sign). Really nice greens. Interesting terrain. Friendly staff. Not crowded. Open to the public now after years of being private. If you are going to golf in Freeport this is where I would go first.

We just went to the 80’s couples golf tonight!!! Wow 🤩 Connor hosted an amazing event!!! We will definitely be signing up for next months night Glow in the dark golf July 22nd!!! Also, we look forward to hearing what next months couples golf theme will be!!

The Freeport Club is a must play if in the area. Great staff, fun, challenging & mature track. Chess game type of course. Will definitely be back. Keep up the great work - cheers!

Interesting evening with food, service, bartenders, waitress & servers. The bar tender(s) seem to have better things to do than recognize a patron at the bar. You'll end up waiting a good ten minutes prior to getting noticed especially when no one else is at the bar. Moving into the food sector: The pork was dry, barely luke warm with minimal salad fixings & or dressings. However the waitress was very polite as well as the servers.

Outstanding golf course in mint condition. It's challenging but fair with tree lined fairways, rolling hills, and tricky greens.
