In 2021, the Fletcher Team helped us sell our current home and find a new one. Aimee and Tiffany were always right there when we texted or called. They helped us find the best financing and guided us through house hunting at the height of the housing price bubble in Colorado Springs helping us price our existing home and working hard to find our next home. We purchased new construction and when the closing was delayed and delayed worked out a rental agreement with our buyer so we didn’t have to put our things into storage and find some temporary housing. They could not have been more helpful and knew how to close a sale in parking lots with masks since we were barely out of the pandemic.

From then until now they have always been there for us if we had questions or needed help finding a repairman, landscaper, etc. Just this month Tiffany helped us find homeowner’s insurance since our current carrier is dropping us due to wildfire risk (which we disagreed with by the way). I recommend them highly and without hesitation. If we need a realtor in the future, we will be hiring the Fletcher Team.
