I think the other reviews are by bots. This is the worst gym I've been to in my life. It's filthy and disgusting, it smells like urine. A lot of the equipment is old and dilapidated. They have made some upgrades over the past few years to their credit, however it's a lot of consumer level home gym equipment. Gym is tiny and sometimes you have to just leave because there's no room to work out. I only had membership here because it was the only gym in town. The second a new gym opened I was out. The owner unfortunately is unprofessional and didn't even show up on time when I wanted to sign up. She then didn't do her job and cancel my membership after I followed her instructions to cancel. She gave me the run around for a while before I gave up and just issued a charge back. My bank sided with me, I had all the proof. The gym is rarely cleaned attached are some photos of the filth. It would just be left like that for weeks or a month or more. Owner doesn't take this seriously and rarely cleans the gym.

I've been a member of The Fitness Foundry for a couple months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facility is always clean and well maintained. Jasmine is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help and provide guidance on workouts. I highly recommend The Fitness Foundry to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment!

A great place to get some decent workout.
Me and the wife are frequent visitors of Galena and this was my second time using the facility.

It's a great location, decent equipment and very cooperative manager/owner. - Jasmine; always willing to help!!

If you are in town and looking for some good workouts, this is the place! We stay at Stoney Creek and it's just minutes away and a 1000 time better than any fitness room in the hotels in the area.

My boyfriend and I went here to workout during vacation. The owner was easy to reach and we were able to get our key to get in fairly quickly. While the space is small there are multiple machines that have multiple attachments to do a variety of exercises. The place is clean and well maintained. Will be coming back!

As a personal trainer, Jasmine does a great job of creating personalized workouts. She is passionate about what she does and loves helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Her gym offers a variety of equipment in a clean and welcoming setting.

I’ve been attending this gym since it’s grand opening. Jasmine is proactive in helping others reach their goal. The gym is always clean, organized and she makes sure that all the equipment is clean and if you are new to the gym she will show you how to use the equipment. Also, my goal was to lose 20 lbs and with her personal training classes I was able to lose weight and exceeded the amount. Jasmine is personable, inspirational and a damn good trainer! 10/10 would recommend.
