I wouldn't bank here if it was the last bank ever. My best friend got terminated for something another employee did. That just is wrong. She didn't do anything. She was not a manager, and she told the girl she was not supposed to do what she was doing and reported it. But they terminated her anyway. I would never do business with someone who treats there employees like that.

I have had it up to my ears with this bank. My card gets hacked. Wait 10 days to get new card, just for the new card not to work. Have to find that as I got a declined at the nail shop which is extremely embarrassing. Wait another 10 days, get new card, worked one time, declined at the pet store. I am taking my money elsewhere. This is just ridiculous.

Literally the BEST financial institution I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with them for close to 9 years now. I’ve had three auto loans, two trailer loans and a motorcycle loan with the Family CU. They care very much about their customer’s. I’ve worked with Nicole, the branch manager, she is top notch and tries to help in any way possible. It is one of the smaller branches but everyone here is very helpful. Sometimes they get busy but they always get back to me.

These people have terrible customer service. Every time I call and ask about information on my account they are so rude! I’ll be closing my account ASAP
