My mother-in-law was in for an 8 week rehab stay. The physical facility is clean, modern, and inviting. She was happy to have a private room. The staff was mostly competent friendly and attentive, although there were a few lapses here and there. We were pleasantly surprised that social activities were planned for residents in a rehab facility besides rehab work. We only have one major complaint that the caseworker could have improved communication with both the patient and the family. Discharge was also a little confusing regarding next steps. Overall it was a positive experience.

The staff and facility are excellent! My father transferred to The Center for end of life hospice, and the team was excellent. The nurses and CNAs were attentive, but also respectful to our family wishes. The business staff was professional, and walked our family through costs and procedures. The facility itself is well appointed, and well cared for; we were able to enter easily as visitors, and the patient accommodations are high quality. Nothing about the scenario within which our family found itself was desired with my father’s conditions, but The Center allowed us to focus on our family connections in a comfortable, supportive setting.

The place is very friendly and clean. Gives you a sense of being cozy. There are a lot of spaces for families to visit. They encourage family members to visit by adjusting the night time hours according to your situation. I would have put five stars if the rehabilitation part with physical therapy and occupational therapy was a little better. I think they should be doing more with my husband for his rehabilitation. But for the most part it's a very nice comfortable place to go in and recover from a hospital stay.

I was visiting my grandma, she was having issues with her toilet. The maintenance lady came in right away and fixed it on the spot. We chatted for a bit, this women takes care of this entire property by herself! She is a one woman crew and she's killing it! I believe her name was Michelle. I think people behind the scenes get over looked, but she most definitely should be recognized

I was here to Rehab after I broke my femur. I learned so much and how to get around and care for myself. Andraya and Kayla were awesome therapists. Sara and Renee were so supportive and caring. Catrina snd Carolyn was awesome nurses. They were the best nurses. Melissa was a wonderful CNA. Judy also was a wonderful CNAMy case worker Natasha was so supportive and helped with my needs. Very good facility. Very happy with them.

I was in Park West for a week right at Thanksgiving time. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't even consider it. The care received was horrendous. I filed a grievance while there and things didn't get any better. It took the nurses anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours to answer a call. The meds I was prescribed were EVER on time which made it difficult to rest and heal. I couldn't even get them to share my goals to get out of there. It was so bad I checked myself out after a week and went home.

This rehab facility is only concerned about themselves and the money. They don’t care whether the patient gets the rehab that they’re there therefore. If you need upper management, they are always unavailable to resolve concerns. The only person there that genuinely was concerned about the patient was Mike G , LPN. Way to go, Mike. I’m giving it a two star because of Mike.

If you care about your loved one, send them ANYWHERE but here. Short staffed, limited rehab, very poor if any communication, problems with oxygen system / generators causing oxygen not to be delivered to patients who need it, phones not answered /not functioning, denials from leadership all the way around (nothing wrong here), poor excuse for health care / rehab facility all the way around. Wow - employees giving this place 5 stars. Guess they need to do something to bring reviews up, reeks of desperation.
