I have been attending here for 18 years, and it is such a great community. I am thankful for the relationships that I’ve made at The Ascent and for the sound and Biblically based teaching that I receive each week. I have been in a few Base Camps (Small Groups) throughout the 18 years here, and these are really special (eternal) friendships that I’ve made. We love the children’s programs for our 8 year old and we are very thankful to call The Ascent our home church.

We’ve been going to Ascent about a year and a half and recently became members.
The hospitality and openness of the congregation is remarkable. We appreciate their heart for the Lord and the many actions being taken in the community and in the mission field.
Sermons are expository in nature and can go deep into the Word. The pastors do a great job of relating it for practical use. Tough scripture isn’t glossed over and is covered in good detail to truly understand what was going on at the time of the writing to provide context.

We are very grateful to have this church in our community.

We were in town for Christmas and attended Christmas eve service. The music was wonderful, we loved the variety of musical instruments. The service was geared towards kids which is wonderful. My one eyebrow raise was there not ONE prayer said, before service, during or after. Very different practice for us. Thankful there was an invitation offered.

Ascent Church is a wonderful church in Monument Colorado. It is a sprit led church. The praise and worship music is always fantastic. It is a very friendly church, my wife Lacene and I were greeted by several people. They have great parking and folks outside to help you find a place. Multiple greeters meet you at the door. When it is rainy, greeters come out to assist you getting inside dry. A bible filled sermon is prepared each week, more greeter meet you inside the sanctuary with a weekly lesson / sermon guide. Brian and Heide Petak are a wonderful example of a Christian Love Story; GOD brought them together. We have attended Ascent 101 led by Briand and Heidi a very transparent history of their relationship and the growth and history Ascent Church. I have met several pastors, Elders, Decans, and Youth leaders; all have been humble and gracious. Ascent Church supports Missionaries throughout the world, and Ascent church locally are very active in supporting local public schools. If you are looking to grow and to serve, I would recommend Ascent Church to anyone.

Meaningful teaching, Wonderful worship, Loving kind and supportive family. We have been going since it was called Tri lakes chapel. They were are family in Colorado. Now that we have moved to Florida we don't attend as often.
