I love that we are recovering from COVID and are getting back to socializing! They also help parents navigate the system. Everyone is so friendly, and they could truly care about our kiddos

I was so concerned about product price increases and the increase in VIP membership I did not renew. There was a one day window during the holidays when ARC offered a discounted VIP membership but I was not in a position to pursue this opportunity that day. When I tried to contact ARC and plead my case I could not even find anyone to talk to on the phone. I limit my shopping at ARC now.

I cannot say enough good things about how much The Arc advocate, Pete, helped me and my son. We were able to get an IEP in place for my son at school that we would not have been able to do without his help. I am so very grateful to them for all their services and guidance. Thank you!

The arc of the pikes peak region has the trashiest thrift stores I have ever seen. Their product is disgusting not even clean, tags are places in ways that ruin the product and make things unusable.

Goodwill of pikes peak is much better.

What a wonderful group of folks putting their time and talent toward uplifting our community's weaker members. They gave my son opportunities I never dreamed he'd have.
