I must give this organization 5*****'s. My rating is not based on something I heard about "The Antmound Foundation," but on what I see. When I look through the lens of Waukegan, our city has experienced a significant deficit in educational resources, services, and programs designed to empower our younger generation. This lack has contributed to increased crime rates and school dropout rates, with many of our youth leaving school before the age of 17 due to the absence of critical engagement opportunities.

The Antmound Foundation, founded by the visionary Mr. Anthony McIntyre, has become a vital force in intentionally addressing these challenges. Mr. McIntyre has walked in the shoes of many and knows firsthand the struggles our youth face. He is a living testament to resilience and the power of transformation. His life story is one of triumph over adversity—proof that he doesn’t look like what he’s been through.

Like the foundation he created, Mr. McIntyre embodies a deep and intentional commitment to positive change. He has dedicated his life and resources to making a difference. His experiences have shaped the foundation's mission: to guide young individuals by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to build strong foundations and brighter futures.
