Textbook made me a failbook right now . They are not coordinating their candidates well. I have very worst experience with testbook employees. Whatever they said ...they are totally wrong in their statement. I has given 3413/- rs to a testbook employee as a first deposit fees but for installment they asked me for mandatory requirement. I am fed up with their technical issues. This is a worst company ever. I want my money back but they said I will not support you. My money my decision.this is scam to cheat candidates. Hope you guys first think about these experiences then enroll yourself.

I will give a zero rating to testbook. I have done Digital marketing course at this institute. Instead of paying full fees , completing login time and submitting assignments they are not giving me a certificate of this course. They don't convey the rules & regulations while taking the admission and now they are harassing me for certificate. They also locked the courses & generate life time income through the renewal of this courses.

They have created an excellent interface for the general competition participants. The site is very light it loads very quickly and fulfilling all the requirements possessed by a general competition student.I gave the tests there ,all the questions were according to the pattern and up to the level. and after completing the test there is a feature of test analysis which is the best feature I considers.I`m very thankful to them for creating the best platform. And also best wishes to them.

Giving even a one star rating is a crime in testbook's case. They conveniently delete previous year test series so that you cannot practice unless you buy additional packages and also lock test series according to their whim.
When it comes to curating tests, its average in nature but the solutions are opaque. Some questions have poor formatting, grammatical errors and straight wrong answers which if you report, results in testbook defending it like a hurt middle school girl. Customer care service is pathetic.
Waste of one's money.
Go for Oliveboard or Gradeup or even Adda, but not this.

My experience is pathetic, earlier I have purchased and took test , there it's still few left in my account. I committed a mistake to buy one year subscription because it was a little cheaper but they just received payment but forget to add test, I am trying to call them for many days but there are no one to take call. Though they given reply of my email which is completely out of the context and not meant to solve the issue. My friend is facing the almost same problem whom I have recommended, may be because I used the TB money also to get little more discount which I was credited with, due to practicing on app.
