We absolutely LOVE TLLC! Ms. Nicole is amazing. We signed our son up in September 2024 wanting more for him than he previously had. He's been growing and thriving so much since. He's able to recognize letters, especially those in his name and even tells us how to write the letters. He's counting, he still gets a bit confused, however, he's counting forward and not all over the place. He loves going to school. His favorite part of his day is playing outside and lunch time. We would definitely recommend anyone with a preschooler to stop by and give TLLC a chance. Another bonus, Ms. Nicole sends pictures individually to us through out the day, which eased our minds when making the switch to a new school.

This school is amazing. My oldest child has just completed TK at an elementary school and has now started Kindergarten. For 2 consecutive years, she has now been student of the month in both grades and her teachers always say how advanced she is compared to her peers. I credit a lot of this to Ms. Nicole & her staff at TLLC. My youngest child now attends this preschool and LOVES it! It's a great place to get your child in the routine of attending school in a compassionate environment. I want to be very clear, this is not a daycare...there is relevant learning. I especially enjoy the old school values and how much the teachers care about the kids. In today's world, it's hard to feel comfortable leaving your young children at school as young as 1 1/2 or 2 but these ladies are very sincere and trustworthy. Thank you TLLC!

When we found this place, my daughter was at a place where she didn’t want to separate from mom for long periods of times. She would cry every morning on her way to the previous place. Now, with Ms. Nichole, my daughter wakes up happy and ready to go to. My husband and I have noticed she has learned many new things. She truly loves this place. Tender Loving Learning Center Preschool, led by Ms. Nichole, has been a wonderful experience for our daughter, Aurora, over the past two years. The care and dedication Ms. Nichole provides are exceptional. Aurora thrived academically, socially, and emotionally in the nurturing and safe environment Ms. Nichole created.

Aurora would come home excited to share what she learned each day, reflecting the stimulating and fun activities designed to foster growth. Knowing Aurora was in such good hands gave us immense peace of mind.

My 3 year old daughter has been attending TLLC for 8 months and she loves her school. Ms. Nichole is an amazing teacher who always cares her students and provides many educational programs. And she is a very organized teacher with long time experience. There are a lot of outside activities and great manipulative plays for the inside. Kids are comfortable, happy, and safe at TLLC. I highly recommend this place for preschoolers to learn and have fun.

My husband and I chose Tender Loving Learning Center for our oldest child for the 2014-2015 school year. We were impressed with how well our child developed for his preparation for kindergarten and how professional the classroom setting and staff were. We decided to enroll of youngest child for the 2017-2018 school and we are glad Tender Loving Learning Center upheld their standard. My children love the teachers which is a major factor on how well the children adapt and thrive in school settings. The teachers keeps parents updated and involved. We also love how we get daily photos of our child working and playing!

The teachers at Tender Loving Learning Center have been and continue to be amazing. They have helped my son academically and socially. He has learned so much and is prepared for kindergarten. As a parent I love the constant communication and open conversation between myself and the teachers. When we decided to enroll our 2 yo daughter in preschool I was nervous and apprehensive, to say the least. Coming out of the pandemic and trusting our "only child" to go out in this post-pandemic society was frightening. We toured SEVERAL daycare centers before emphatically deciding on TLLC despite my number 1 rule of never enrolling my little one in an 'in-home' daycare setting. However, Ms. Nicole, quickly put my reservations to rest due to the following...

1. Educator not a babysitter... many centers in the area are staffed by untrained persons who simply "love kids" or "have had kids". This does not qualify you to work with children any more than having a body qualifies you to be a surgeon. Ms. Nicole's undergraduate education was in Early Childhood Education/Psychology. Therefore, she is well-versed in the Biosocial development of young minds. She understands how critical these years are for fostering the habit of lifelong learning.

2. Loving and Respectable... Ms. Nicole greeted our little one at eye level to introduce herself at our initial meeting/tour. Speaking directly "to her" went a long way in making her feel respected. This gesture exemplifies appropriate respect and appreciation of the individuality of each child. When touring many centers, directors/staffers greeted my husband and me but said nothing to our daughter. If a staffer can't be bothered to demonstrate basic social pleasantries in the presence of parents, I doubt they will in the parents' absence. Children learn by example!

3. Happy Healthy Child... Before enrollment, our little one was shy when outside of the home due to limited social interaction (pandemic baby). We have noticed our daughter blossom into a confident and uninhibited social tot. This remarkable change is the byproduct of having experienced age-appropriate goal attainment, encouragement, leadership opportunities, structed routine, and secure attachement with the adults in her life.

TLLC has fostered our daughter's love of learning. She is so excited to go to school each day. We've been so impressed with the thought, time, and energy Ms Nicole and Ms April put into the children. They have made such a positive impact on our daughter. We are forever grateful.
