Now, I get to work out with my kids at the family class in a program that works for all of our different ages and skill sets! My friends can’t believe I can get great exercise at the same time my kids do!

This school is so amazing! I signed my 5yo boy up with the intention of just giving him an extra outlet for his energy and little did we know we would be joining a whole new "family"! All the instructors are supportive and helpful; you can tell they genuinely care about each child's wellbeing. They are patient and calm and their passion for what they do is obvious. If I could give more stars, I would! Highly recommend this studio!

We have been going to Tempest Taekwondo for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! We went to a free trial class for my 5yo and signed up that same day. Master Terrence and all the instructors are amazing with the kids and always take the extra time to make sure all the kids are getting the help they need. They make sure that everyone is treated with kindness and respect and I love the little lessons they teach the kiddos as well. The studio is very clean and well kept and I love how convenient the location is. I definitely recommend trying it out!

Both my kid and I go here and we love it! The adult and teen classes are the perfect combination of a great workout and clear lessons that help me improve my taekwondo. The instructors are great at making people feel welcome and able to participate no matter what experience or fitness level they start at.

The kid's classes balance discipline, skill building, and fun. I really appreciate the new card reward system because my kid enjoys collecting them and knowing he can trade them in and get rewarded for his work. I know my kid isn't always the best at focusing but the instructors are patient and help him work at improving.

My son adores Master Terence. He is very patient with children of all ages. We have been training with him for the past year and my son is loving the beautiful clean new Tempest studio. The Masters are highly experienced and teach all taekwondo aspects including speaking in Korean. Highly recommend!

We have been looking for a martial arts studio since we got here and tried several places. This one is fantastic. Offering classes to ages as young as 3 is a huge plus and the instructors are great. Perfect balance of discipline and patience with the young ones. The kids love it. I see us being here as long as the kids want to participate in martial arts and highly recommend

My kids have been going here since the dojo officially opened in the beginning of the year. The entire staff of Tempest have been so welcoming and friendly consistently since the very beginning. We can't say enough how much our two boys have been much more enthusiastic and excited going to class.

Master Terrence and Master Rachel have always treated our boys so well since they started taekwondo. They have a knack of bringing out the best out of every student and bringing joy to learning taekwondo.

Master Vi & Master Minh have been just as instrumental in making Tempest such a friendly, warm & family-like atmosphere for the kids & the entire family. Especially like the additional hint of Jiu-Jitsu with the self defense incorporated in some of the classes so far.

Definitely a recommendation for those exploring martial arts for their kids or even for themselves.

If you haven't checked this place out or if you aren't sure that taekwondo is your thing, that's okay, but try it out anyway!

Free classes till Jan 5th! Check out their website for winter break schedule. Lots if class options including a family class for everyone above the age of 5. The family class is super fun with good stretching and exercise while learning the fundamentals of taekwondo. They have another schedule after the holidays.

The instructors are awesome and patient and they interact so well with kids and adults alike. Family friendly environment. Definitely worth trying it out, you won't regret it!
