Was helpful for my elderly disabled mother at first. Then their A&A Air condition and heating place that works for them scammed my elderly disabled mother out of $120 charging twice for 1 service call so we contacted the BBB. When they found out they got mad and started harassing her through hurtful messages to Tazwell Co. trying to get her disapproved. Tazwell took their harassment as truth and refused to tell us we're they got their info. In other words sharing personal information with people there not telling you! They also lied to my mother and me by first saying I sent messages to Tazwell when I didn't then they lied and changed their story saying my mother gave them the info when she didn't then they lied again and said I sent something to A&A saying I told them about the info when I didn't! We checked on all of this and found out how much Tazwell is lying? Criminal?

LIHEAP is an excellent program they have here in Pekin if they have PIPP available I strongly advise you get it nice people Brenda was my caseworker and she was outstanding

On time with appointments. Efficient with paperwork. And the best at taking personal time with me. I had forgotten 1 piece of paper and started to have a panic attack. She took the time to calm me without making me feel weak. Awesome thanks.

Fyi foster children in the home do not count as children. Low income under 60 can make appointments after Dec 2nd. They have some new office staff who are just learning how to make appointments. Be clear about your home circumstances to avoid unnecessary visits to Morton. Save your gas money by making sure you are going at the right time. Pleasant people work here who want to help...but they cannot change the rules. And they are still training some staff apparently.

Waits until day of disconnect to approve the help then without any power for days. Oh don't let ur Dr help bc you have medical device because then this company says you no longer need the help bc my doctor order per back on. Bc of this I had to let it go and ask my roommate to put in her name. Still leaving me with a bill I'll never be able to afford being disabled

This place is terrible I've been trying to get help for months and first they pushed me away for 5min late on my appt. Bc I'm hauling around a baby n a toddler then was told Dec 12th by one of their staff and I call and tells me dec2 was call in date so they wouldn't make me an appointment.
