Stopped by this Target to pick up some winter clothes and had a good experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a decent selection of clothing for the season. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance finding sizes. Overall, a smooth shopping trip, and I’d visit again.

Target, a decent experience like you'd expect. Pretty much most things you'd want to find are here. Starbucks here is always great here.
One downside of the time of year, transitioning between holidays is a corner of the sites is trashy and parts barren. I'd think it better to block off the area instead. There were items on the ground and it looked like no one walked by in a while.

It’s a Target with no surprises. The staff isn’t the best and they don’t go out of their way to help, but they keep the place nice. The grocery section has been consistently clean. The outside trash tend to build up sometimes, though. My experience in the electronic section has been hit or miss with the staff. I always feel like I’m disturbing them, which shouldn’t be a feeling a customer should be experiencing. I was there last night and there wasn’t a person to help me get an item behind glass. I had to flag down a restocker staff member, who had to call for help. I understood because it wasn’t their department. The guy arrived about a minute later, but appeared slightly annoyed because I disturbed him. It didn’t bother me, but it failed the customer service standard. He then got the item I wanted and while he was ringing me out there were issues with the item scanning. The guy was quick to leave and flagged someone else down to help me as he left. Clearly a paying customer wasn’t a priority to him. -2 star.

Disappointed in this location. Specifically the Store Director, Veronica. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her in store. She’s extremely rude to deal with and comes with an attitude and sense of entitlement like the power of her job has gone to her head. I go to all Target stores in the area and this is by far the worst. I hate having to drive to another town to have a good shopping experience and hope the Lathrop store gets rid of Veronica soon so the store can go back to being good again.

I bought a KitchenAid stand mixer only to find out it is missing a screw, it has what it seems to be food gunk left (from previous owner I suppose), and to top it all off, it doesn’t work.

Target, please make sure you are checking returned products before selling them again.

Shopping at this specific Target is like shopping at a ghost town, no acknowledgement towards guest very unprofessional workers who do not value customers time, and if I wanted rude I can go to Wal-Mart if this Target closes I wouldn't be surprised.
