Sylvan Learning of Santa Monica is an amazing place for tutoring. My son is always excited to go to Sylvan and learn new math and get some quiet time to read. The team is friendly and always ready to help. Ed has been super supportive and welcoming. He is extremely understanding and cares about the kids. There are a lot of places to choose from when it comes to tutoring but none compare to the Sylvan Learning of Santa Monica. Ed takes pride in custom tailoring the tutoring to meet the educational needs of each student. But what is truly unique about this location is that Ed not only wants them to succeed, but to instill a sense of pride, confidence and accomplishment in each student both academically and emotionally. The program is engaging and my daughter loves going there and cant wait for her next lesson. Sylvan of Santa Monica makes learning fun which is priceless, as are the visible results. We are lucky to have found this location, it is a gem, in large part because of Ed, who runs the program.

We were searching for a writing tutor for our daughter. We were happy to find out there was a Sylvan Learning Center located in Santa Monica. We set-up an assessment and that’s when we met the owner Ed, who was very welcoming and informative. We ended up signing up our younger daughter as well.
