Angela is amazing. I am glad to have sylvan services so close to our home. Angela is extremely passionate about teaching kids, and amazing at what she does. My daughter loves coming to lessons every week, and the teachers know how to be just firm enough to keep her progressing, yet yielding enough to keep her desiring to return for the next lessons. It doesn’t matter if your child is struggling a little or has tested far behind, I can’t speak enough about how beneficial this program can be. Worth every penny.

My son and daughter have been attending Edwardsville Sylvan for about year and half for math and reading. Both of my kids enjoy attending sylvan as the staff make learning fun. They have enjoyed working with Will, Sandy, Angela, and other instructors. We have noticed a boost in confidence and significant improvements on assessments. We were happy to see all A’s on both of their report cards. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work.

Four of our children have been tutored at Sylvan. Our oldest two each completed the ACT prep course- one even went up 3 points! This coursr helped them both get more comfortable with the test while learning several helpful strategies. The tutoring that we feel ended up helping them the most was a course that helped their reading speed and comprehension. This helped them with their high school and dual enrollment classes, the ACT, and has helped our oldest do well with her first year of college. Two of our middle school children did the summer Math Boot Camp. This camp helped them to remember the math that they learned last year. It was a great refresher! Overall, I would highly recommend Sylvan in Edwardsville!

We have two kids enrolled here and my only regret is not enrolling them sooner. The staff makes their sessions fun and the kids are excited to attend and put forth their best effort. We began seeing improved math and reading acumen in less than a month.
