Sylvan has been amazing for both my children. My high schooler benefited from SAT prep and my other child in junior high has seen growth in multiple subjects. Laura and her team are great to work with and closely track student progress and share the results with parents. I would highly recommend Sylvan to those looking for assistance with homework, study habits, test prep and a variety of other subjects.

This is a well run learning center providing tutoring, remediation, enrichment, and college test preparation for grades PreK 4 to grade 12. Teachers are well prepared to use the prescriptive programs provided by Sylvan as well as to support students with homework and study skills as needed. Having worked here for several years I enjoy the opportunities to work with a diverse team and children with varying abilities as they are assisted to grow and develop socially and academically.

My son was reading at 1st grade level and within 2 years Sylvan has gotten him up to speed (7th grade)!!!
They celebrate his accomplishments and that has really kept him motivated over the years!
Laura is so easy to work with and if you have questions she is always available to answer! She updates me on his progress so it keeps me involved and in the loop which I really appreciate!!

Our son came to Sylvan for ACT prep classes, and it was a really good experience. The teachers helped him with the test taking skills that he needed to improve his ACT score. Also, Laura helped to schedule our son's classes and even worked around a surgery that he ended up needing during the process. She was great to work with, and we appreciate her flexibility!

Our 3rd grader was struggling in math and we tried a private tutor and that didn’t work very well. We then contacted Sylvan and they did a very thorough assessment and put together a detailed plan for our son to follow. They were very upfront about prices and how long he would need to attend. I’m so pleased to say that Sylvan was extremely helpful and our son is now doing great in math! He just needed some help and Sylvan gave him exactly that! And the director Laura was phenomenal to deal with - she was always very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Sylvan and will definitely use them again if we ever have a need. Thank you for all you do!

Our son started his Sylvan journey more than a grade level behind with his reading skills, but has now surpassed where he needs to be. It’s been so refreshing to watch his confidence as a reader grow exponentially. The teachers were all wonderful, patient, and encouraging. We had a phenomenal experience at Sylvan!
