Terrible customer service from Becky, one of the instructors. My appointment was made for partial highlights and I was told approximately 2 hours. It took almost 5 hours. I understand it is a school and students are learning. But I also couldn't see any highlights on the top of my head when we were done, and they said I can come back if needed. After a week of trying to style my hair to see the highlights, I decided to go back. I called and asked for the correction and Becky wanted to charge me for it. I asked if I am supposed to have highlights that are not showing on the top of my head and she explained "these are students learning". While I understand that, I still believe in customer service and correcting mistakes. I then asked if I had stayed in the chair an additional 5 hours that day if they would have charged me this fee and she replied with "I guess since you're complaining so much, we will do it for free". I will never go back and support this school for such rude behavior and lack of customer service.
