Found a job quickly that was great, I enjoyed the position very happy, Jasmin too lazy to move out of a chair. After two month of being in the position, Jasmin received an email stating sickness with a severe fever. She didn't notify the company of the sickness then, falsified she did to her management to cover her actions. I have been in contact with the company that was about to hire me on stating they didn't receive the information from Jasmin and was recorded as no call no show. This was false. I have attempted to contact corporate surestaff, management surestaff, all useless. This has to be the biggest scam of a company i have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

I dont know the girls name who works there, she's African American and looks like she's in her late 20s to mid 30s and she's trash. She often is the one you have to deal with and she's a big liar and manipulator and likes to screw people over for fun (if she picks you out). I had an ugly run in with her trying to pull something on me. It was pretty low. This is the first time I ran into that at an agency and have done these since 2017 on and off. Talk about unprofessional and just childish. Human garbage. Don't waste your time.

They will send you to companies with huge turnover rates and then ask you “why didn’t you like the job?!” Uhhh..I wonder why 300 other people didn’t like job as well?

This office is one big echo chamber of the same answers,it’s so weird, they claim to have a “list” that they put you on,and if anything pops up, they will “call you” it’s all lies.

You’re basically invisible working through sure staff. you have to track down your own hours, you have to constantly ask them if your hours have been approved by the company. It’s all one big hassle,and if you forget one minor detail you won’t get paid at all.

Safe yourself from this place, there’s way better employment agencies out there.

Waste of time, unprofessional, didn't know what they were doing.

Serena from the Elgin office called me and set me up with a decent paying job in my town which I was excited for. She directed me to come to the Dundee office for onboarding.

When I got there the girl at the front desk told me that she had no idea what job I was talking about. So apparently the job that I was promised was already taken, and they had nothing else. They then offered to send my resume to their manager for working at one of their offices. As if I would ever work for your company after that experience.

Worst staffing agency I have ever went through. They accidentally gave me someone’s else’s address and social security when filling out applications. If that was my information, I would have sued them for exposing sensitive information like that. Leaking someone’s address and social security is nothing to play around with. Do not come here if you want your information to remain private.
