It was the perfect way to spend our afternoon; the views were idyllic and we even got to enjoy the tub in a beautiful snow. The premises were very clean and provided a towel and sandals if you didn’t bring any. We were also allowed to bring in our own water bottles. Highly recommend visiting here!

Absolutely love coming here for soaks! All tubs have great views of the town and mountain side. Complementary spring water. Other amenities available during soak time such as access to saunas, cold plunges, and saline pool.

Fantastic, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. We've enjoyed wonderful individual and couples massages here as well. Lovely gift shop with a variety of offerings from beverages and snacks to bath products and other unique gifts.

Our favorite time to soak is in the evening but we've enjoyed day soaks as well! Walking distance to many fantastic restaurants and shops. Love Manitou and SunWater!

Very enjoyable experience with a beautiful view of the mountains. Includes a personal tub, a cold plunge, saline pools at various temperatures, and dry sauna. The biggest downside is major lack of changing space. There is a bench in a couple of the showers, but this means that you have to wait for somebody to finish showering even if you just want to change. I would recommend just coming in with something over the bathing suit to avoid the wait.

We had an incredible experience at SunWater Spa! We booked a 90-minute soak from 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm, and I highly recommend going in the evening—it’s easier to find parking (which you do have to pay for in Manitou), plus you get the amazing view of the mountains and stars.

The mineral-water cedar hot tubs are so soothing, and it’s cool to know the water comes from the famous 7 Minute Spring. It felt peaceful and clean, and the whole experience was super relaxing. You also have access to the sauna, cold plunges, and a communal saline pool, which added to the fun! The ice plunge was refreshing after the hot soak, and hopping between the sauna and pool was a perfect way to unwind.

It’s a bit pricier than other soak spots, but honestly, it’s worth it. The whole vibe and amenities make it an experience you’ll want to come back for!

We really enjoyed Mary's Mountain tub for its privacy and personal sauna. Cold plunge and salt pool was also enjoyable. Facilities were clean and we had a great time. Larger changing rooms would have earned the 5th star.

So calming and relaxing! We went around 8 PM, but it would’ve been nicer to have been there a little earlier to watch the sunset. Regardless, it was a wonderful soak, and the staff is amazing and extremely helpful! Will definitely visit again and try out their other services available when visiting Colorado.

We had a really nice, relaxing time here! We found it to be clean, comfortable, and overall a great vibe

I read reviews beforehand and learned
1) wear your bathing suit under your clothing when you arrive so you don't have to wait in line to change
2) If there's white papery stuff in your swimsuit afterward, it's just wood pulp from the cedar tubs

I'd also add:
3) there's pretty nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided
4) the little pool and sauna are great, definitely worth visiting instead of just staying in your pot the whole time.
5) Don't forget to turn the jets on your tub! There's a little remote with a button you can press

For the third level, I'm hoping they get new railings soon because the current ones are a bit of an eyesore in the way of the view. But they didn't inhibit pictures very much!

This place is so fun to visit and take a soak in one of the hot tubs! The interior and exterior of the building are so peaceful and the view from the tub was perfect! The staf are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back 🤩
