My 2 year old loved going here so much, staff was very friendly and caring. She loves and misses Ms.Adri!! They helped potty train my baby in such a short period of time! I loved all the updates and pictures we would receive daily. Thank you Sunshine House for the awesome care y’all provided for my little one. ❤️

Both of my children attend the preschool here at Sunshine House. I've been so impressed by the staff, the progress my kids have made, and the comfort I feel leaving my children here. My children are excited for school every day and are excited to see Mrs. Maddie, Mrs. Jennifer, Mrs. Kristen, also Miss Claire is a doll! Plus the front office staff is so welcoming and nice, Lacey and Connie who run the front make sure to be a help in any way they can, we love the staff! They all take the time and show patience to make sure your child is taken care of and are great at communicating if something seems off. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had a really tough time transitioning and Sunshine house handled it so well. They made me feel confident in dropping her off on those tough days. She now loves it, the staff is very friendly and excited to see her each day. I like that there are key fobs to enter into the building, and easy check in and out.

My family loves everything about Sunshine House! I enrolled my son at Sunshine House earlier this year, after we had a really rough experience at a different center in the area. Before Sunshine House, my son would become hysterical at drop-off and it was emotionally exhausting for the whole family. Once we switched to Sunshine House, almost instantly, drop-off became a totally different experience. No more hysterics, just a happy little boy excited for 'school' everyday. I couldn't believe the 180-degree change I was seeing in my son after day-1 in his new surroundings. It was a true testimony to how warm/friendly/attentive all the teachers and staff are at Sunshine House. They take the time to really get to know the kids and make them feel comfortable and safe in their care. Added bonuses are that the center tuition includes meals/snacks (one less thing for me to remember everyday!) and UNC employees are offered a tuition discount as well.

We have had both our daughters at the sunshine house since they were babies. We tried an at-home daycare for a short period to try to save money, but I can tell you, it was not worth it even if we did save a few bucks(and really, it wasn't that much in the end). We came back to the Sunshine House after a few short months of realizing what our daughters were missing The level of care and early. education offered here is far beyond what you'll find elsewhere, and the teachers and staff care about our children as if they were their own! It's hard enough to leave your kiddos in the morning to go to work, but when they're excited to go because they love it there, it's that much easier!

All the staff is very friendly and inviting. My wife is able to visit/feed our infant son during her lunch break and has often asked the caretakers for their advice on various matters regarding our son/general baby care. Our son has the biggest smile when he sees his caretakers in the morning. As first time parents, it is such a relieve to find a place that we feel comfortable bringing our child.

From returning my phone calls to completion the application process, Connie and Lacy handled all aspects of my onboarding with ease and great communication. They accommodated every request I had including special wipes (due to sensitive skin), working on language skills with my daughter, and feeding her lactose- and soy-free formula (which I provided). The communication between Lacy and Connie seemed to always work and I had full confidence that when I spoke with Lacy that I wasn't going to get a different story than if I had spoken to Connie. Both of these ladies always seemed to know what was going on in my daughter's classroom too which made me feel much more secure that operations were running smoothly. I was able to take their special crib sheets home and wash them in dye and scent free detergent so that my daughter would be able to sleep on the sheets without getting a rash on her cheeks.

The two teachers for my daughter's classroom, Mary and April, were fantastic. Unfortunately, my daughter had already been to 3 day cares in her short life by the time we came to Sunshine House and I've experienced a run down center with employees that resemble zombies and are just there to collect a paycheck. This was not the case at the Sunshine House in Greeley. Both teachers were always present and caring with every child every time I visited, dropped off, or picked up. My daughter would beam with adoration at Mary and squeal in excitement with April. She thrived in that classroom and was encouraged to develop her personality and milestones. I really got the sense that both teachers genuinely cared for my daughter - and that gave me a lot of peace of mind. When it became clear that my daughter was struggling with short naps, April let me know that if I brought an extra sleeper, they would put her in it at naptime and that that had helped other babies. Boom! Problem solved. With putting her in a sleeper, she was able to sleep longer and enjoy her awake time more. What a great and thoughtful solution, even though it had to be more of a pain for the teachers.

We have had a wonderful experience with the teachers and staff! The are caring and attentive to the needs of each child and help them develop at their own pace while challenging them to learn. Our boys love their teachers! We are relocating out of state and are sad to leave.
