I signed up for a class in Auditing Artificial Intelligence and my organization paid $1,495. What I got instead was a class in using Microsoft Purview for information assurance. Another student complained about this and the instructor rudely told him that that was just his opinion. I was also issued the wrong LinkedIn badge. When I asked for this to be corrected I was referred to two different help desks that closed my ticket without fixing the problem. I'm also still waiting for my training completion certificate even though the class was over 3 weeks ago. I hate to post negative reviews, but I tried reaching out directly regarding the badge issue and didn't get any resolution.

I had a positive experience with Sunset, the course was guaranteed to run which made planning very easy. The instructors' lessons were very detailed, and he kept us engaged at all times. With the technology it felt like I was sitting in the classroom, it made the material very easy to follow. The labs were very intuitive and material still available after the class ended. I highly recommend Sunset Learning Institute; I'll certainly use them again.
