My daughter worked with both an English tutor and a math tutor to prepare for the ACT. She felt more confident to take the test and enjoyed working with her tutors, Sharon and Peter. She loved working with Sharon because she is very knowledgeable and made grammar fun, and Peter was kind and patient as she struggled with the math problems. We also received follow-up phone calls after my daughter’s first session with each tutor to make sure there was a good fit. Overall, I’d say Study Wizards has great tutors and great customer service and I highly recommend them.

We looked for a tutor when our son started high school since it was clear that the workload and demands of the top STEM classes were increasing and without the additional exposure to material, it could lead to frustration or worse. Study Wizards (Michael G) does an excellent job of assessing needs and matching up tutors for the student. We have been very satisfied with the results and it has clearly helped our son to succeed. The added benefit is it helps the parent who does not know the material or how to help.

Our son received tutoring in Math and English for two years with Study Wizards with a goal to maintain his GPA and improve his critical reading and writing skills. We felt it was important to have tutors with the right academic skills but who could also develop a good rapport to build confidence and maintain focus. Michael listened carefully to our goals and the assigned tutors did an excellent job. Michael checked in often to see how things were going and was quick to resolve any scheduling issues which arose. His tutors were professional, polite and gave appropriate, periodic feedback as needed. During the pandemic, the transition to online sessions was handled quickly without a hitch. Our son successfully made it through the college application process and will be attending university classes in the fall. We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

My son was earning B- in Chemistry and B- Geometry. He had no experience in either subject. Study Wizards' amazing tutor REEMA , worked to reinforce and reteach key components of these subjects and helped him prepare for exams. His grades and confidence went up in both subjects. He also learned how to study more intensely. This year he got tutoring only as a brush-up here and there. Amazingly,he earned straight A's(A,A,A,A,A,A+) this year in all subjects, his junior year at Bellarmine. He agrees that the tutoring changed his mindset, his habits and his understanding of what it means to study. THANK YOU!
