I am writing this message to speak with a manager or someone who is on charge of staffing student affairs workers for the football events.
I was at the game last night and your staff DEVON HERNANDEZ was absolutely rude and threatened myself multiple with removal from the event as well as a “ban”
The situation started when I found empty seats in the student section which is a first come first serve basis since it is general admission and I sat down and within minutes, students were upset because everyone tried to save seats.
Again, the section to my knowledge is first come first serve and there is no saving seats. DEVON then came and began to just threaten me with removal multiple times instead of hearing me out.
There is a way to go about everything and DEVON would speak over me not letting me explain.This is unacceptable and I question if I will ever return to the colosseum for a usc event in the future.
I really think you should retrain DEVON into having better guest manners and not threaten guests.
I was with my partner for their first ever event and this experience ruined it all.
I’d please like to speak with a supervisor or manager until I get some type of response because DEVON HERNANDEZ needs to be retrained .
