My girls love the riding experience and the fun of grooming and tacking up the horses, the trainers are fantastic and encouraging towards their students.

The trainers teach the whole horsemanship experience. They teach you how to pick feet properly and not hurt the horse. They help you to understand each specific part of the horse and how you need to clean each part of the horses body. Most importantly the trainers give you the riding experience of your life. You have fun while learning a lot in one lesson no matter how long it is!

As a first-time rider I was a little nervous to get started but the staff at Strides is amazing - from the riding instructors who are incredibly knowledgeable to the administrative staff who run the stables. This is a place that cares deeply about their programs and their students. And you will learn a lot! Safety and good horsemanship are prioritized so be prepared to listen, watch, and learn and you will be very pleased with your experience and results.
