First off the staff is awesome very helpful and available. The security is great a lot of cameras and personal PIN codes that open the gate. The area is always clean and the unit I’m renting was cleaned, painted and sealed on the inside prior to putting things in it. Online payments make it easier and they also have payment reminders emailed to you, which is nice. They have several sizes available and when I had to downsize they made it as easy as possible. I would recommend this business to anybody.

Don't know who he is, but was at MANAGERS trailer....bad attitude....very unprofessional when asking questions about the units.....backyard with 4+ pitbulls in it....stated..."we now do everything online".... Also said" well your free to rent from another business". Sad. Really should be 0 stars.

I would like to thank you for the outstanding customer service. Angelica is very informative professional and honest. The willingness to go out of her way to assist me with my storage needs is so much appreciated. Her ability to respond and communicate in a very timely manner is great. I recommend using this facility for any and all of your storage needs. The property is always clean and the day to day upkeep is immaculate. More than once they have remained open taking their personal time to assist me. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I only rented for two months, but Angelica was very responsive to my concerns and very friendly. If I ever need storage in the Globe-Miami area again, I would definitely rent again. Thank you for being Awesome, Angelica!

Triple nickel is in my opinion the best storage unit spot in Globe Miami area it's gated has security monitors and the manager Angelica is very kind and respectful and quick to help with your needs without hesitation not to mention super friendly always seems happy willing to help

Triple Nichol Storage is under new management. Our goal is to always treat our customers with courtesy and respect. I do think that you never know what's going on in someone's life when they appear to be negative, so I try not to take it too personally when someone is having a bad day. That may not be the norm for them. I am giving us 5 stars for our efforts
