For starters I have been at dorcus many many,many,many,many,many times etc.I always enjoyed going in there cause you can find alot of amazing stuff&everyone that works there has always been polite&courteous until the most recent time that i previously went in there,Not going into details,although I will say that everyone has the right to go in there&to be treated with respect although that wasn't the case the last time I went in there,when came time to pay for things well I did pay like i always do cause I feel like that is a awesome place to support and i know the money I give will go to benefit the community which is great.All I can say is they need have staff that is respectful to everyone and not label someone based on how they are dressed moral to the entire thing is that based on how myself&my family member was treated i will never ever never ever step foot back in that place,I will support a place that doesn't mistreat people so the saying is one bad apple can ruin it for everyone else.Dorcus needs to be more selective on who they allow work there.

A great place providing a great service to the community. Their prices are affordable and it’s truly one of the last real thrift stores out there trying to help people. The volunteers are friendly and the store is very well organized with lots and lots of stuff.

Have shopped here since I was 5. Love this store, love the people that run it. Only place left in the world , in sure, where you can fill a bag of clothes for $2 no matter the brand name.
Update- store gets better and better every time I go. They have tidy the place up and made it even better than before.

This place has hours posted for their thrift store on their google\website. The hours posted are not for the thrift store but that is not specified. I drove 1.5 hours to go to the thrift store (on a thursday March 10th 2022) which says it would be open. It was not. I was told by the lady running the store that Its only open monday friday and saturday and that website was wrong. I informed her that I drove 1.5 hours to visit the store and was told "too bad" "you should have called first". She was probably the most rude person I have ever encountered in my 15+ years in the town on Mountain View. Fix your website and get rid of your rude employees!
