My daughter got help from Steven Academy and Mr. Huh with writing her graduate school essays. Few good points that I want to point out specifically about Steven Academy:

1. Mr. Huh makes a comfortable environment to his students, which help out bring genuine stories to include in the essay.
2. Mr. Huh is pinpoints both the strength and weaknesses of a student and her writing with encouraging words.
3. Even though we did not begin our essays with plenty of time available before the deadline, Mr. Huh effectively used the given time and brought the best result with my daughter's graduate school admission.

We really appreciate the help throughout the essay writing process! We recommend this place to anyone for undergraduate or graduate admission.

We invested $10,000 with Steven Academy to have them assist our daughter with her college applications. The basic agreement was Steven Huh would manage the entire process and work with our daughter to complete all of her applications. WE RECEIVED VIRTUALLY NO VALUE FROM STEVEN HUH'S SERVICES.

We first became aware of our predicament when we reviewed essay drafts and recognized poor writing skills, poor grammar, numerous inaccuracies, a lack of structure and reativity. We shared some of these drafts with our daughter's school counselor and English teacher and our fears were confirmed.

We communicated this to Steven Huh and received no acknowledgement of our findings. Add to that his disorganization and inconsistent communication through the process, left us unsettled.

Finally, Upon reviewing his work in CommonApp, the final straw were the many mistakes, gaps and again poor grammar, forced us to take over the entire process.

My younger brother is in 10th grade and took the Homework Help class.
He's getting a lot of help with his essays, which are very particular in assignment and difficult for even me to help with.
The classes were very reasonably priced too.
AS a 10th grader, he's also taking the SAT I intensives class. He takes a full practice test timed as if a real test. He takes classes for 4 hours after that, but he seems to be doing well and doesn't complain about it at all.
Our parents are happy that such an experienced test prep institution is helping my little brother. The practice tests he took our parents get as results right after the test in electronic communications.
It's all great and very helpful.

Steven Academy currently is located in San Francisco but it used to be in Kangnam Daechidong. The school used to be the biggest and most famous in Korea at that time.

My first child attended Steven Academy 6 years ago and with the help of the president, Steven Huh, was accepted by one of the Ivy Leagues.

Starting last year, my youngest child is attending the school via Zoom, due to the school moving to San Francisco.

I was a little worried it being on-line but it was not necessary. The experienced teaching, checking the attendance, solid feedbacks and different tests that you can’t get in regular school. All these made it worth it.

I wasn’t really expecting too much from my youngest but watching him improve as time went, I started looking forward to seeing how far he will get.

I found online Steven videos for my daughter when trying to find SAT 2 bio courses for her prep. We found them initially through YouTube where they posted intro videos. I purchased the VOD on the main site and I have to say I'm really impressed.

1.) Teachers are all super professional, many of whom have PHD's or are medical doctors.

2.) They use the best testing material for review... for SAT Bio for example it's known Barron's SAT 2 book is the go to, and the teacher reviewed the chapters in detail, not just repeating what it said, but also giving great tips and going over every single one of the questions.

3.) Videos are just the right length and as if you are in class... there is a overhead projection screen where they show material better and point to what they are talking about etc. the videos are about 30 mins long and go over in depth.

We will most likely sign up for the IB math classes and AP courses as well. I'm really happy I found this program because the prices and value are incredible compared to what's out there on the market.

Our 11th grader had a free college counseling session with Mr. Huh, by appointment, and he was very helpful and thorough in his explanation and suggested strategies of US college admissions. Of course, our bringing in our son's grades and test scores so far was very helpful for his more accurate assessment and helpful strategy suggestions. It clarified and demystified the whole process much more, and we knew what we needed to do here on out.

The test prep school's right on Muni bus #38 route and near major roads so teens can go to and from on their own. The weekly SAT practice tests and their feedback help a lot to getting a grip on testing strategies. I highly recommend Steven Academy.
